“I was a little skeptical based on the previous reviews, but it was Sunday and a holiday weekend, so we needed quick service and available service. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were to help with our issue. Told there was one car in front of us, but still probably took less than an hour from when we entered the door. The female at the front desk was so nice and personable. Problem fixed and we were on our way”

They explained every detail of duration of the tire even thou I had no clue of conversion. The lady took time to explain what to look for as I questioned everything she spoke about. Her patience was remarkable...thx you all”

“I had a recent flat on my new car that needed a tire replacement. The AAA tech recommended 3Js as the best in Delco. He was not wrong! They beat the pricing and scheduling compared to two other places. Took care of me within 2 business days, despite having to special order. The place looked very busy, but I was in and out in 40 mins. Excellent and courteous service! They reaffirmed why I prefer local businesses to retail chains.”

John treated me with respect to all my questions about anything I inquired about. He did not question my own understanding of the automotive industry. I have always respected Qyst from afar, and now I will depend on their opinion and capabilities. “Went there today after sitting at another shop for 57 minutes without any idea of when they would see me. I pulled up to Jeffrey Tire and had two men approach me right away and was able to get my tire plugged and a valve stem changed. The communication was great and service even better. “Chances are if you are calling this company, you are having a bad day. Rest assured that DW will turn it around and get you back on track. We spent about three hours trying to get AAA, OnStar and other local businesses to respond to our flat tire in south Philadelphia and only DW responded and stayed focused on our problem. He sourced a new tire from a local vendor and brought it to the vehicle, mounted, balanced and installed the tire right on the curb where we were stranded. Don’t waste your time with the national “service“ providers. Call DW.”

So fast I got here at 11:30 and had a work meeting at 2:00, I was worried I wouldn’t have time to prepare for it because of this but I was in and out! Good family oriented business. Thank you guys!”

“As a newer driver who is still easily overwhelmed by driving, finding I had a flat tire last week was very overwhelmingly stressful. At the recommendation of my brother and parents (who have used them for many years) I called up Havertown Auto Services and they were able to see me right away that afternoon, take my bad tire, and put the new one on for me early the next morning! Their efficiency of quality service, and kindness through it all really makes a difference. I just got my other 3 tires replaced yesterday, and that too was done in a matter of a few short hours. I was back driving the same day and my car runs smoother than ever. I hope I don’t have any more problems soon, but if I do I will definitely be back because I know they’ll take care of me!”

“I came over here on a Saturday. They replaced my power steering pump the same day. Paul, Frank and Chris were all amazing. I called the next day for a slight whine that the car was making and they had me bring it right. They said everything sounds normal and to give it a few days and the whine will stop. I'm not fully convinced yet that the whine is normal because I know the car and something doesn't seem right but I'm thankful they took the time on a Saturday and Sunday and were accommodating to my needs.
Changed from 4 stars to 5 because a week later I returned because of the noise I was still hearing. They replaced the pump again at no charge and told me to let them know if I experience anything else.”
“5/2/22: Wayne from Jack tires was great to work with. My entire experience with Jack and Wayne was super. Totally up front, honest and fairly priced. I was happy to support a local, customer focused small business. I initiated contact at 9:30 am and the job was done by 12:30 pm!!!! I hope Jack stays in business and does not sell to Mavis. I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”
“Found a screw in my tire when i got off work. Drove to the closest tire shop (Stan’s) and was in/out in less than 3 minutes. Tire plug was $10 ($12 with credit card) which honestly can’t be beat. Super pleased !”

“I just had my car inspected at Wynnewood Park. They always do an excellent job. What I'm writing about is there upfront pricing. I need tires. Dennis gave me a quote. When you normally get quotes it just includes the price of the item. Dennis quote included everything, tire installation and balancing. So I was surprised when I got my bill. It was less than expected.”

“This review is long overdue. Last summer my family and I were driving from NJ to NC when we blew a tire. Another mechanic we made it to pointed us to Rick's. Even though he was short staffed and had a full schedule, he put a couple of plugs in the tire, filled it up and pointed us to the nearest Mavis. He even called ahead to make sure they had tires . I would recommend anyone in the area in need of a repair to there.”
