Never have good sugar free ice cream and what they do have is always the same bland $ junk. Was there 15 minutes B4 closing EVERY employee that passed ( seemed to follow) kept telling me the time even after they announced it every minute that they were closing. I'm on crutches grabbing 4 things. 2 items the same price didn't come up and the woman just brushed it off " do you want it or not"? Got home and the feta was green at the bottom ugh. Continued months later still no good sugar free ice cream, Today was better than usual

I honestly came here to leave a negative review. The reality is I have had plenty of above satisfactory visits here. I mention the negative intentions as an example that it is easier to get motivated to say something bad about something, no matter how good it actually is.

Ianna (cashier) was horrible. She had zero customers in her check out lane today when I approached with a few items; her cell phone in hand. Visually looked annoyed to have to ring me up having to put her cell phone to the side. I greeted Ianna when putting my things on the belt with no response other than asking if I had a ShopRite card towards the end. Won’t go to her lane again, yikes.

I ordered a menu but was given the wrong food I call a the owner very polite and Apologized for the mistake and even brought the food to my house herself. Very good customer service

The place is clean and produce section is beautiful!! The employees just don’t care. In their defense it’s everywhere. Customer service is dead. And who wants to make the rich more money while ur under appreciated under paid

I will continue to shop here but I’ll never buy seafood from here again. I brought salmon got home it was bad. I’m more upset that I burnt the gas to go get something to cook for dinner and it was bad. I had to spend more money get takeout. That man knew darn well that fish was bad like why give me bad fish. Food prices are at an all time high and I like ShopRite its usually more affordable than other stores but not if you’re going to sell me bad groceries.

When I shop there, most of the clientele are rude, blocking the aisles with their carts and walking away. No one can ever say excuse me either. Moving on to the cashiers.. I will say I have had maybe 2 or 3 nice, pleasant ones. However, most of them lack manners (no greeting or acknowledgement) and will yell in your face to their coworkers at other registers. Cashier: Katie, very unpleasant. Since I have had bad experiences in-store, I decided to try Shop From Home. I made the mistake of ordering for pick up on a Friday night. Not only was there a huge line, there were two employees just sitting around that said "the lady will be right back." I'm not sure wht they couldn't assist me with my order. Anyway when "the lady" finally came back into the room, she couldn't find my order. Asked me 5 times what my name was and if I already paid or not, and didn't apologize for the wait or lack of organization. I don't think she was wearing a name tag but she was older with shoulder length gray hair. It's not often that I have a positive experience at this store. Something needs to be done.

Always well stocked, love the sales. My only problem is with customer service!!! Shop on 03/11/24 11:30 am lady at self check out was very rude, when i asked her a question. She was very short and inpatient .this is not the first time with this store employees. Thank you!

I find it interesting employees refuse to use the very POLITE WORDS, MY PLEASURE because a Chick-fil-A a company with Biblical principles Uses MY PLEASURE..YET EMPLOYEES carry in paper shopping bags from other vendors

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their customer service is horrible! I always shop here but 3/7/2024 was the last time. I went here to grab some small stuff, stood in the self checkout line where one of the associates made me count my items. The self checkout is 15 items or less, I only a few more than that to where it would not have made a difference. There were only 3 registers open and long lines. The associate humiliated me in front of a bunch of people, took my cart and then threatened me that if I continued to checkout my items that I would be escorted out of the store. I have never been so embarrassed by someone than I was last night. These people are rude! If they're so worried about keeping the self checkout line short and quick then they need to put more people on the registers. This store needs to focus more on customer service than worry about how many items are in my cart. I dont understand why they have their associates standing around rather than them checking people out. I am disgusted with this store and I am done spending my money here!
