Lost my key fob and man, it was so upsetting. Called around and the prices were high. Finally contacted Robin Ford and they took care of me John Simons was the tech who performed the service - Solid guy. Five Stars to Robin Ford!!!!!!

Every time I pass Robbing Ford, I get angrier. This last October, my engine lite came on in my 2016 Ford Edge. Hoping that it was just a fuse, I went to AutoZone to have them diagnose the problem. They diagnosed the problem for free and told me that it was the evaporative emissions vent control valve. They carry the part but were sold out at the moment. Its costs around $80. dollars. Like a fool, I took it to Robbing Ford where they really took me to the cleaners. I told them that I needed a E.V.A.P replaced only but they said that they have to do their own diagnosis no matter what and that it was 100% guaranteed. For replacing one part, they charged me $649.95 for labor and $360.85 for parts with a combined total of $983.55. If that wasn't enough pain, when I drove out of the shop, I noticed the engine lite was still on. I called them immediately and returned a few days later. They charged me another $159.00 for an additional diagnosis. I told them that the first diagnosis should have been 100% guaranteed but they just made up some weak excuse why they needed another diagnosis to get their service writer's commission check. I learned one valuable lesson from this occurrence, if you need your car repaired, stay away from this dealership. Please tell your friends also.

Mother-in-law got an inspection, the worker left taffy in the engine. The squirrels or mice got into into the engine and chewed wiring. They took no ownership and said "stuff like this happens". Did not offer any assistance or reimbursement. Stay away!!

I purchased a 2019 F-150 in 2021, agreed to a price but it had yet to be inspected so I had to wait til next day, within a month the sync system failed (would not update from my Wi-Fi) scheduled an appointment and dropped it off. 7.5 hours later I called expecting a big issue due to the time they had it, nope it just needed an update, all that time for a 20min if that fix, burned a whole day of work. Not the first time I've had to wait all day on a scheduled APPOINTMENT. Probably last visit to them.

I needed an oil change works package and had a check engine light on that I wanted diagnosed. During the pandemic I was turned away from many other service dealers in the area while making calls to check availability. When calling Robin Ford the gentleman who answered was very attentive to my needs and told me he could get me in today and was certain it wouldn't be an issue. I had concerns of availability after being turned away from others but assured me by asking me to hold briefly and said yup come in Steve we will take care of you. He also took time to tell me where to find the service department once I arrived. When I got there mechanics were moving cars but asked me if I needed helped and continued to show me the right direction. I then walked in the service area I noticed they had markers for safe distance standing areas, sanitizer and Lysol on display for customers. I also saw mechanics wearing gloves and using towels when opening doors. I translated this mindful behavior not only positive for safety reasons but it showed me how mindful they are of customers which also suggested how they will take care of my car. The Ford Crown Victoria I love so much and guard heavily. I then met Rob Worrell who gave me a big greeting full of positive energy. He validated why I was there, took some additional information then got my car right on a lift by one of there mechanics. While waiting I notice a wall of fame dedicated to the employees that have been working at this dealership. Many plaques of employees showing decades of experience showed me few things. The staff here is full of experience and longevity and also the owner takes time to acknowledge there employees. Before I knew it my car was done. They oil change was complete and Rob went over the diagnostics for check engine light. He also took the time to go over future minor work needed giving me many options and pointing out what's in my best interest without any pressure only sincere advice for the car I enjoy owning. On my way out I noticed the showroom was empty and safely blocked off for the pandemic concern. The only person in there working appeared to be the owner! The things I notice when choosing where to do bussiness that make me a customer isn't just about price, the service done though was also actually cheaper then where I've been going!

My daughter purchased a used Ford Escape that developed problems stalling and not starting after being driven for awhile. Nothing seemed to fix the issue so we brought it in and within hours they found the problem, repaired it and everything was good again. Sean, one of the service managers, made sure to keep my informed and made sure that they definitely had it fixed by keeping it one more day and thoroughly test driving it. I was concerned since my daughter is at school over 200 miles away but Sean eased my concerns. It was my first time using Robin Ford and I will definitely return and recommend them.

If you're foreign language speaker, be prepare to have a bad experience in this facility. It's the easy way to pretend all issues is about your bad English, and it's what you gonna hear from Robin Ford in situation like my. My issue is, that I buy a car with broken door lock and flat tire. I use to play deductibles to fix it, and that's not a real problem. The real problem is, that 2 hours lock replacement cost me a tree days without my business car. Tree days! And every day they play like it's ok that I'm still waiting and have to wait more. After all, I've a call from manager with questions about my experience, and punishment that what kind of business do I do, that I need this car?! What's the deal about my profession, other don't do that! And I use to take an advice from Maneger, not to play unhappy customer in next time, just do what Maneger says and don't count another $20-30... First I was thinking it's just a poor business, but now it's looks like some kind of discrimination.

It was very busy when I got there to drop my car off and the service desk people didn't even acknowledge me waiting. I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone talked to me - a simple "Hi, I have couple calls coming in I'll be with you shortly" would have been an appropriate action but I was ignored. Once I got to the counter it seemed like they couldn't find my appointment (I booked online, so maybe something wrong with their system). They also needed me to list out all of my contact information for them to manually enter into their system - it's complete in my Ford online account, perhaps the systems don't talk to each other very well. After that, service was quick and I left within 90 minutes.

I've always hated buying cars. Bad experiences in the past, plus a general distaste for the process soured me. It got to the point where I'd rather go to the dentist than buy a car. I was in the market for one last week. I just happened to see in my research that Robin Ford had one that had everything I was looking for. Since I live close to them, I gave them first crack at my business. And I left with a 2014 Ford Escape at a price I could live with. I didn't need to go anywhere else. Simply stated, this might have been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Eric Kane, my sales associate, is easy to deal with. I've dealt with some really slick sales associates that I wouldn't trust in the past. Eric was the complete opposite. He never pressured me and he was straightforward the whole time. I'd deal with him again in the future without hesitation. Thanks Eric and thanks Robin Ford. I'll see you in a few years when I'm ready for the next car.

It was worth the trip to purchase my Ford Transit Connect from Robin Ford. I live in Mount Laurel, NJ, my business is in Medford, NJ. The dealerships I saw in NJ didn't seem to care whether I purchased a vehicle from them or not. I contacted Robin Ford and was so impressed with their attentiveness by telephone that I drove to the dealership the same day and purchased my new vehicle for Richardson's Flowers. I found the entire staff to be kind, courteous and professional during every phase of my purchase. Robin Ford will be my ~go to~ dealership for future car purchases. Bravo to the entire team for your dedicated service to your customers! Thank you. I am sending you pictures of our new flower shop delivery vehicle-our new Ford Transit Connect. We call her "Miss Daisy" and you'll see why when I send the photos.

I bought our car from Robin Ford 2 years ago and have been back for every maintenance appointment since and have always received at least good service, of not better. Well, today's appointment was no exception. It's hard for me to write this, but I ran out of gas a mile away. They were happy to send Mike out with some gas and got me on my way to the appointment. Excellent work guys, thanks for the assist.
