Robin Ford was great to work with. Ryan the sales manager and Vicki the sales person treated me very well and I do believe I got the best deal out there. They did better than I originally thought they would on my trade and got me back into my favorite card, a Mustang. I've been a long time Ford owner, three trucks and now four mustangs. Just purchased my vehicle from Robin Ford - Kelsey to be specific. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of and focused on the vehicle I originally came in for. Kelsey and her team were straight to the point and clearly voiced their opinions in my best interest. They are truly a great team and take care of the community around them. They give off a mom & pop feel and it really made me feel comfortable during my experience!

Under the costumer service program my for focus was covered for the transmission module, I called Springfield Ford and a few other ford dealership in the area and none of the even wanted to talk to me. Robin Ford took the job and had a great attitude, fixing the problem with no cost to me and still helping answering any questions I may have. amazing service
