Hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to! Bill knows his stuff and pricing is very fair. He doesn’t try to nickel and dime you at all. I know when I drop my car off to him that everything will be done right. He works with your schedule and your budget. They stay packed because their business skills are impeccable so it’s best to drop in rather than calling. I highly recommend this shop 1,000 percent ?

Summer 2023 a teenager crashed my window, broke into my car and ripped my ignition in order to try to steal it. I was referred to sterling automotive by another mechanic as someone that was familiar with the repairs that my car needed. I spoke to Bill at Rick's and he was very professional. He explained the process and kept in touch with me throughout. My particular vehicle type had large theft and attempted theft issues so parts were on backorder and would take a while. Bill was very patient with me each time I called him. He was straight forward about the cost, and i had a lot of respect for him for being so upfront and honest. While waiting for the parts, Bill kept my vehicle safely secured inside of the garage to avoid any further attempts. When the parts came in, my car was repaired that very day. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the repair and my experience with this shop. I will refer them to anyone who has a similar issue, and I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Very positive experience! I have been going to the same mechanic for over ten years, and once I moved to Delco.. I had to find a new one which worried me. When I dropped my car off, I did not have a physical copy of my insurance or registration. I gave Bill the identification numbers that were needed, and when I picked up my car I found a printed copy of my registration on my seat, which I thought was very nice considering he did not have to do that. I dropped off my car at 8 and the car was ready by 11. Very friendly, honest, and quick service!

They show little concern for customer service. I called them multiple times over the course of two weeks trying to get my car in and they never had the courtesy to call me back. Clueless way to run a business.

After 2.5 months, 3 different shops I was advised to take my 08 nissan to them. Nobody could figure out the problem, took it to sterlings and it was one and done and man when I tell you I was impressed at there knowledge I was amazed. I strongly recomend them at all cost. I'd never thought my car would be right again. But I found them. And I live on pa/del line, you want it done and done right. Here you go. Thank you to all the mechanics.
