I had an appointment, they called my name and told me to sit in waiting room 2. About 10 minutes later the flobotomist looked at me, said my name, then walked away. I had no idea she wanted me to follow her. Once I figured that out I handed her my paperwork and that took another solid 10 minutes for her to enter in to the computer. No pleasantries, no nothing. She said “sit in the chair” so I did. She took my blood and then I left. I was probably there for 45 minutes after arriving ten minutes early (don’t bother arriving early) and not that many people were waiting. I have THE WORST bruising on my arm. They clearly hate their job and aren’t very good at it. I’ll be taking my blood business elsewhere!

How do you turn someone away who arrived before closing time? I cannot abide poor customer service especially if you’re working with people who are sick. It’s disgusting behavior.

This place is a joke now. If you don’t have an appt. Please don’t waste your time cause they will take the appt 40 mins before their scheduled appt when they could’ve took a walk in. Instead they make you wait. Cause they don’t want to do walk ins.

1200 appointment and 30 minutes later, they still have no update. I was informed that they are trying to get as many walk ins taken care of while the appointments go unseen. Incredible how stupid they are, 1 hour after my appointment time I was seen. Be prepared for that!

Great employees. Blood getting always professional. Took in orders from doctor's office, they also email Quest the order also. Actually enjoy going to get blood drawn.

Stay away from them they are a rip-off. I asked them to do a rear cylinder for my brakes and they wanted to charge me over $300, and I supplied the part. Labor for a half hour job should cost no more then $100. Never accept a mechanics quote until you look at how much it should cost online

Went for one appointment not enough blood was drawn for the tests required so I had to go back. So, another day, another 8 hour fast. Made an appointment. Paperwork is supposedly not in the system even though my doctor told me 2 days before that the tests were being reordered. Called the doctor's office, paperwork was faxed twice. Sat in waiting room waiting to be xalked back. 45 mibytes after appointment time. Left. Nobody cares there. Tge security guy is helpful, though over twice.

No one greets you, while you hear them sitting in the back gossiping. Room full of people. 15 mins before they close, they tell all walk ins to leave. Rude and unprofessional.

I came in for my appointment on time, and I think she said her name was Danielle. She was very efficient at getting me checked in. She also was very quick and efficient at drawing my blood, I am normally a hard stick, but she got it first try. It was done in a few seconds and made my experience less stressful than what I normally experience! I'm so happy that she was on staff that day and hope shes there for my next appointment!

Brought my wife here for testing with an electronic order (which the website says is perfectly fine) and after talking to my wife like an infant ("What I'm trying to explain to you is this is an digital order, but we need one that is printed on paper. This isn't on paper, it's on your phone"), the employee (the black woman with the pink and blue hair) made her leave to print it out from her phone. Not wanting to cause trouble, we left and went to the UPS Store to print out the order. We came back, handed them the printed out order, and they started complaining that they didn't like the way it was printed out and continued talking to my wife like she was a child. The employee then brought another employee over, who was great, and actually told my wife when they were alone that she is like this to everyone. She said "Don't worry, it's not you, she's always like this".It blows my mind that this place employs a woman who was INCREDIBLY rude to my wife who is nothing but overly nice to every single person she's ever met, and from other reviews, this wasn't a one-time occurrence with the employees here.

The worst. They are in the back talking and not working. While there is a full waiting room of people. They are very unprofessional and ignorant.

I have had to wait an extremely long time despite having an appointment. Two staff members were also arguing with each other which made it very awkward for the other patients. I will never come here again!

**unorganized ,poorly run ,short on staff **** Poor customer service and they dont care . The Wait time for A drug test wsd to long .You can tell the employees clearly don't want to be here . The sliding door that provides access to the testing area is unlocked and unsecured anybody can walk back here . This was evident when the receptionist walked in with no uniform or ID . I did realize he worked there until he instructed someone to sign in. The triosk doesn't work. Opening time is 7am but, who knows what time they open because the didn't open at 7am. 11/18/2022 they don't tell you to make appointment until your here.

Whom superbly inspired me, with her simplicity and valuable decor in her office, that exhibits, sustainable quality of life.I have no reservation, in recommending Quest Diagnostic at 90 North Mcdade Boulevard, to have their required services done professionally.
