I had the privilege of helping my son purchase a vehicle from Brian, and I must say he was very helpful and gave detailed information that helped us make the perfect purchase that was suitable for my son. I am very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. This establishment has a Pleasant atmosphere, detailed information was provided about each vehicle that we showed Interest in, and most importantly I did not feel pressured into making a decision on my purchase. I am happy that we found New Concept Auto Exchange. I would like to that Brian once again for all the insightful information that was provided, it helped us make what could have been a stressful experience a most pleasant experience. I got a vehicle from them in February 2019 by July 2019 the vehicle was complete trash. After 6 mechanic visits the vehicle was absolutely NO GOOD WHATSOEVER. There should be other ways to get help and get out of a vehicle when you're stuck with a piece of crap and it doesn't qualify for a lemon. A waste of time and HARD EARNED MONEY. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy if I had one. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and be more aware of what you're selling on that lot because if it was done to you you wouldn't like it at all.

Please do not make the same mistake I made buying a car from these guys. I first didn’t get the car I wanted when I went there. It’s a father and son. The son Bryan Vela needs to find another profession. He’s completely impatient and wants nothing to do with helping the customer. The dad Joe is a nice guy and the only reason I bought a car from this place. Then after this is when everything has gone wrong. I’ve been driving with the dealer tags for over a month, until today. I get a call from the father and son to come get my tags and title. Told me it was urgent. Then I get there, and neither one are there. It was an elderly man named Ed who didn’t know anything about why I was there. He was a very sweet man, and it wasn’t his fault, but this whole process took several hours including having to drive somewhere else because they didn’t have anything ready. This place is completely unprofessional, and unorganized. Look elsewhere

Once they agreed to let me take a car to my mechanic to get looked over, they played "hide the car" from me. Drove an hour and 20 minutes only to find out it wasn't on the lot. Came back the next day when it WAS there, and then they raised the price 23 % ! Good work !

Purchased a car and it ran great. It was totaled in an accident. I went back and was able to purchase another car. Bryan and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Referred a family member as well. Very satisfied with their great customer service!
