The yard is nicely maintained but the equipment is dirty and some broken. It is still a nice place to visit but should really be updated to newer items for the children.Edit: I saw since my last visit they did replace the broken swing so that increases from 3 to 4 stars.

I stand here as otherz waiting 4 the bus, would b nice if there wuz a bench 4 us with COPD?

Not a bad spot for basic play, could use a couple of basketball hoops for the older kids, also better landscaping wouldn't hurt, needs tending to, there was glass in the bottom of the older kids slide. In dire need of a water fountain!
