They spray painted the old parts from my car, put them on the car, and charged the insurance company for new parts. They kept my car for weeks pretending to be waiting on new ordered parts. The insurance company warned me but I didn’t listen. I met my car hood open doing what I don’t know when the problem was body work at the bumper.Service: Body & Trim

Dude who answered the phone was trying to help me out with a front bumper, went and looked at my car and then called my mechanic to try and start drama by saying that I said he worked on the car and causes the damage.Do not use these people. They will not be helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke run by a disrespectful scum bag named Earl Jr. I have never encountered such a rude business owner in all my life. I am so disappointed with their work and how they handled the situation.

Got into an accident and took my car here. Earl was very upfront and honest about what my car needed and gave me some great advice on how to proceed with the insurance company as well!

I have used Lane Auto body on several occasions. Their work is okay. They tend to keep your car (though they arrange for rentals) a long time, in my experience, four to six weeks. They are not mechanics, so on occasion, the car will have to be returned due to mechanical issues they missed. I will NEVER use them again because, though they are friendly, in their garage I recently noticed they display a confederate flag which I find offensive.

First class service. They treat you like family. Everything is taken care of and I didn't have to worry about anything. Earl and Earl Jr are fantastic with their communication and response, they always go the extra mile to provide great service. Been here twice and am thrilled with the service. Highly recommended.
