The staff is very helpful. Vincent recovered quickly and the staff worked with me to bring him home the same day. AND Dr. Russell is the BEST!

If I could rate this place a zero star I would, I went to the glencroft veterinary hospital to get my cat looked at and from the beginning they already acted like that they didn’t want to do they job, at first they said that my cat was acting weird due to alot of hairballs he was coughing up and that he is perfectly fine and then gave me a prescription and sent me on my way, the following week I went to another veterinary hospital because my cat was getting worse and come to find out my cat was severely sick. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him. Extremely painful and unprofessional. I will never go to glencroft veterinary hospital again and please I hope nobody else go there if they really care for their pet/family.

Horrible!! My husband left a long review and they got it deleted. We took our kitty there because she wasn't feeling well and was not acting herself. The "Vet" who should not be practicing anymore, said she is healthy and it was just hairballs. We knew that wasn't correct. A couple days later, we took her to a different animal hospital and had to put her down because she had CRITICAL DIABETES! She was not eating, sleeping, using the restroom, in pain when being picked up, kept sneezing, etc. My husband and I, told the "Vet" all of this and he told us that she was "healthy". He does not care about people animals!!!!!! He should not be practicing anymore!!!!Crazy!!!!!

My Review was taken down from months ago cause they didn't like being called out. Brought my cat to them knowing she had something wrong wasn't eating at all and drinking very little....the vet said she looks healthy probably just a hairball, my cat died a few days later after the stupid medicine and tube of whatever that they had me give to her. Also they charge you for just making an appoinment, just a complete total scam. Avoid at all cost, go somewhere with people that have full brain capacity.

I recently took my extremely sick dog and got X-rays and bloodwork (which the vet didn't read just sent radiologist and the lab). Cost close to $700. I had to call multiple times for results and 3 days later I got a phone call from Dr. Russell saying the specialist said a possible blockage and suggested an ultrasound. I asked about the bloodwork and he said he didn't think there was anything but he would call back when he was in the office. I had to call back in a week for her bloodwork (which was run at the hospital not at the lab so the results were done that day.). I just asked for a copy of it because I couldn't wait any longer for the doctor to call back.

Like others I Wished I had read read the reviews. Took my Dog Symba there yesterday to get euthanized. And they had us sitting in the room for 20 min. Then when this so called dr. Came in and stuck the needle in my dogs paw. My dog started screaming for atleast 5 min. He told me my dog wa just sensative. But let me say this, Its very simple to distinguish the difference between sensative and utter pain. He kept jamming the needle in saying he couldnt find the vain. When actually he was just grinding the needle on his bone I started screaming at hm to stop.but he was just so indignant.
By this time it was to late anyway. The damage had been done
Then to top it off it took my Symba 15 mins to pass on where it should have only taken a few mins.. So for 5 to 7 min of that he was in agony. This dr. russell should have his license taken away. Please Please take you animal to another Vet. Do this for your animal.

This is the first time on owning a pet and I have been making a few calls to a couple different vets to get prices and stuff for services, but when I called Glencroft veterinarian hospital, the young lady Savanna answered the phone very well mannered and made me a part of the vet family as soon as I started talking to her! She was very polite, answered all my questions and gave me extra knowledge that I didn't know about really made me feel welcome. We need more people likes Savanna this world!!

Wow wish I would have read reviews before going because this place is HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else seriously! Place is a SCAM! DIRTY, RUDE, SCAM! Firstly the place is disgusting, the ceiling was literally falling in in the exam room we were in. I wanted to leave as soon I stepped foot in the back but this was the only place that could see my boy the same day… now I know why. They also charged me 65 dollars for the vet to bring us back, tell me there’s nothing he can do, then for us to leave.. I politely asked if we could talk about the price for what we got and I got screamed at by all 3 employees at once. Literally they were all screaming including the vet. I was told on the phone blood work would be drawn and tests were going to get down, but they didn’t do a thing then charged me $65!! I was there for less than 10 minutes. This place is a scam, the vet himself was so rude and not understanding. I’ve never been treated like that before and I’m actually glad they didn’t touch my boy because I wouldn’t want them to touch me!! Please go somewhere else

I brought my kitten here to get declawed in 2020. (I am just seeing this about glen coft now that's why it's so far away from when this happened) so 1st instead of staying the 2 nights she was supposed she stayed over a week. The office staff wouldn't tell me why she was staying so long just that she had complications or whatever it was with the surgery. So fast forward to the day i had to bring Bella back in for her follow up appointment. The office staff were a couple young kids who really wer at all and they started telling us that only the woman Dr does the laser and that my Bella had the laser done... Well, my girlfriend and I were in the room waiting for the Dr and we heard HIS voice (meaning the woman Dr did not use the laser on my cat) immediately when Bella heard the Dr.'s voice she jumped up onto my girlfriend's shoulder, she was so scared!! (This is how she got the nickname Birdie!) I forget exactly what reason except that she had cysts under her toes on why she was there over a week or what exactly went wrong with her surgery but i told him "I wasn't paying the other half of the bill because obviously the surgery wasn't done correctly" (i already paid the 1st half the day i brought her in) he agreed that would be ok. What Dr only lets you pay half of a surgery bill and that is ok with them!? Only one that severely screwed something up and they knew it... Not to mention we were rushed because he had band practice.. I did not know declawing was illegal and I did not want to get it done to begin with but my mother said I could not have her unless I did. Now when she goes to the vet she will not even get out of her cat carrier and she pisses herself because she is so traumatized. If I could give them a zero I would but it is not an option.... and If I could put them out of business I would he is no right to be calling himself a vet because he had more interest in his band practice then he did tell me what happened to my kitten... Please do yourself a favor and do not go there you will save your animal from a horrible PTSD. She has severe separation anxiety right now.

I absolutely love Dr. Russell and his staff. I've been bringing my rabbit Coco bean to them for 2ys. He had GI stasis a month ago, and was really sick. Dr. Russell knew immediately what was wrong with him, and did everything to calm and make sure coco was comfortable. He saved my babies life, and explained everything about his illness and treatment to me thoroughly. I recently brought my sick parakeet "Blue" in. He was puffing up and on the bottom of the cage. Dr Russell was upfront with me about Blues condition, and that parakeets with these symptoms are gravely sick. He gave me antibiotics, and the next day was much better. I would recommend Dr Russell and his staff to anyone who considers their pets as family. Because that's how they treat their patients. Like they are family.

On November 2022 I took my cat there to be de-clawed , which I'll never do again to a cat , and the procedure could not be performed because my cat's sugar was 300 . The glucose level was totally too high to perform the procedure. My cat was kept overnight until the vet bring down her sugar . The next day my cat's sugar was low enough to perform the procedure. I picked my cat the next day and there was no conversation or mention of the off the charts glucose. I did not make mention of it because I was just uneducated about high glucose. I just did not associate the reading to our glucose reading . On January 5 2024 I took my cat back to Glencroft because my had been vomiting bile for a week . I took her to Glencroft on Friday , bloodwork and X-rays were performed and she was kept overnight because she was terribly dehydrated. When I spoke to the vet on Saturday, he told me my cat was in RENAL failure. I was totally blown away , devastated. Her blood was 200 . I ask the vet why wasn't there a conversation when my cat was there in Nov 22' . He replied " I did not not she was here in 2022 with blood sugar at 300 . Why wasn't my cats history checked when I brought on Jan 5 2024 . He replied I not know . I feel my cats renal failure is the result of Veterinary malpractice/ Neglect I would not recommend Glencroft Veterinary Clinic practice to an insect

Brought my pet rabbit in for a check up, and he is not eating his hay.
Everyone was friendly and showed genuine concern for Coco bean.
The doctor was awsome ?
Very kind and knowledgeable about rabbits. He went over everything with me and set up a plan of treatment that I could understand and gave me step by step directions. My rabbit "Coco bean " was comfortable and was handled very good .
Thank you Glencroft vetinary hospital for taking such good care of Coco bean ❤️

Always had good service here, nice people. Horrible location, but that’s nothing wrong with them.
