My wife and I had a very pleasant experience handling our passports. I would gladly drive an hour to this location again as the service is much higher quality than most other locations.

I believed home decor I ordered was shipped all at once. I received one item out of five. I thought the other packages may have been overlooked accidentally. I didn't realize that the items were shipped separately. I received the other packages today, only after I filled out a missing package form with the post office at 8:30 PM last night. To my surpriseI received a call at 9:00 AM today from Bill who is with the Glenmoore branch USPS to see what he can do to help. I could not believe I was contacted that quickly and with such Professionalism by Bill. He explained everything to me on tracking numbers and shipping which I didn't understand before. Our USPS in Glenmoore along with my Postal carriers are the absolute Best.
