“After my friends tire blew out and the donut put on we went to Firestone for a new tire. When we got there we were told that they couldn’t help us and to go someplace else or come back another day (there was only one customer in the place and only one car in the service bay). So we drove down to Macis Discount Tires Thorndale. It was like night and day. Mason greeted us and couldn’t be any nicer. Took the car, replaced the tire, checked the other tires, reset the computer and had us on our way within a half hour. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires Thorndale! I will go no place else from now on!!”

“I absolutely won't go anywhere else from now on. We had a summer camp we were hosting at 10 am. My husband and I woke up to find we had a flat tire. We were panicking because we need our minivan. We called Mavis and explained our situation. They said bring it right up. Lee is the mechanic that plugged our tire. They had us back on the road in 30 minutes and didn't even charge us. Coach Sam came out, check the car and explained what happened as few oil drops spelled during changing the Oil filter.
Coach Sam took care of the problem instantly and personally cleaned the oil spell herself.
I was very impressed with their care and professional attitude.
