Usually, packages do not get delivered on time. Always several days late. Sometimes weeks.

No call, no delivery at all, inconvenienced me for 10 hours waiting, couldn't get a person on the line. When it offered a representative, and I selected it, they hung up on me.

Not reliable or come out unexpectly instead of letting you know when they will be here so i can be at home if they need me here.With that being said i would not deal with this company no longer.
