Stopped in to pick up some Sea Salt--because everyone needs this finishing salt in their life! The staff is very friendly here and the selection of goods is great too. Had a great conversation during checkout which ended up with me bringing home a sample of their homemade lemon curd and also the recipe. Offerings of free coffee and other perks were well appreciated. Plenty of parking too.

Very poor customer experience at this location. I received a duplicate item as a gift and attempted to return in original packaging with a receipt. They would not accept my return since the 30 day window had elapsed, despite this being a product they still carry (and had on display at this store). The gentelman at the counter didn’t seem interested in assisting despite the store being empty. Very poor business, I will no longer purchase from this store or any of their brands. I would encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

Came in looking for some Christmas gifts. There were three registers open and no line formed so in stood behind a woman checking out. The older woman cashier - (wish I got her name) actually screamed THE LUNE STARTS AT THE RED SIGN!!'I looked around and there was a red sign hanging from the ceiling . There was no one in line but me? I don't appreciate being spoken to like a naughty pre schooler! I did nothing wrong and decided I am not walking down the aisle to stand under a red sign when there was no one else in line here but myself. When the woman cashier to my left was finished ringing up her customer she said I can take the next customer so I walked over to her. The SCREAMING BANCHI said I told her to move to the sign but she just stood there!! Then she said - but yes she was next in line! WOW - Merry Christmas Grinch! Before posting I decided to check previous reviews...I guess William Sonoma doesn't care about customer satisfaction because I wasn't the first unhappy customer nor will I be the last. I will be shopping else where

Avoid this store at all costs, I have never received such horrible customer service from a WS store! Three employees stood around while we carried in a return. They were insanely rude and unable to help even for store credit or partial credit. Extremely disappointed that a company we've spent thousands at, yet this particular stores impertinent manner towards customers is repulsive! Knowing that they could administer store credit is the most irritating part of it all! Listen to the reviews and drive up o a further location to avoid the staff and especially the manager who couldn't even provide constant return dates.

Horrible customer service. This store was far from welcoming. I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted in this store. Not once was a I greeted, or asked if I needed assistance. The employees simply Starred at me and did not utter a word. There was only me and one other customer in the store. They gave her their undivided attention and openly welcomed her with open arms.Will never be going back, and do not recommend anyone go to this location. You guys need to some serious diversity training.I would highly suggest checking out other locations with better employees.

Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a griddle for $139 that is now on sale for $97 and they refused to give me a price adjustment. The order was placed and not shipped out to me but almost 30 days and just received it last week. I was a first-time customer and a last time customer and I am placing this review on every website I could give and it will deter people from shopping here. They do not care about customer service

THE BEST customer service! I bought my wife a high end cutlery set as a xmas present. The customer service associate was extremely courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. The manager personally took the time to gift wrap my purchase. Highly recommend this location and their wonderful staff!

I had an excellent experience here and the staff was absolutely wonderful! I went in looking for a new pan, they suggested a few good options, they got them from the back, and let me check them out before buying. Not only were they extremely kind the entire time, but they nailed the selection and picked exactly what I was looking for. Time wise it was a quick process. Price wise it was what I expected although (generally speaking) you get what you pay for and you’re paying for higher quality here so the prices reflect it. In many cases like cookware that price is worth it because it’ll last you a long time, but please be aware the prices here are higher than you may have seen elsewhere. Overall I had a top notch experience and look forward to being back.

Very upscale products, prices are on the high side but the quality is there ... Seems to be more in line for people that may make a very good salary, but if you want quality items sometimes you gotta pay a little more.

They only allow 15 people in the store at a time. People are lined up in the cold waiting to go in.There were four employees, with only one actually on the register while the other 3 aimlessly walked around. It's disorganized with no sense of urgency for the customers waiting outside. Very poor customer service.
