Was given an opened box of injectable medication and was told that it wasn't the problem of the pharmacy and that we just needed to deal with it. No sense of safety protocol or customer service.

Annie the pharmacist is very sweet and knowledgeable. The staff Annette and Ann Marie are also so helpful and pleasant. They seem to be overworked especially Annie she definitely needs some help or alot more money with all the prescriptions she has to full!!!

The pharmacy is really unreliable. They do not update you when your script is ready for pick up and/or if there is an issue. They will only inform me about an issue when I’m at the desk asking if it is ready. They do not go out of their way to help resolve any issues. I typically get a response like “you need to call your insurance company” or “call the doctor”.

We should change your hours because I drove 4 miles out of my way for someone who’s sick because they said you were open later than your hours said even on your front door, so you need to update that. It is extremely frustrating and wasting my gas, my time, and most of all the pain and suffering of somebody who really needs help. So do better or close the hell down!

I just have to say Anna Marie was so very helpful for me. She is a great asset to your company! She is so knowledgeable at what she does. She was a God send to me helping with my Mom’s prescription. So very understanding!!!!!!

This is by far the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. When I was at the front I was simply making a deposit into my Chime account the lady was on her phone and then proceeded to stay on her phone through an earpiece asked me the same questions dozens of times it's a simple deposit hand me my card and drops it because she's not even paying attention to where she's looking manager comes over the place is a disgrace corporate needs to come down here and observe what's going on the staff is horrible

This year I did the bulk of my Christmas shopping at the Walgreens. They had a great selection of gifts for my coworkers and stocking stuffers. I like the Walgreens because it's fun to shop there, as opposed to similar stores. The lighting is not too bright and it's not overwhelming. It reminds me of the old-fashioned "5 & 10" stores that used to exist. When I shop there I tend to linger. I've been going to the same one for over 10 years and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Again, just an OK Walgreen's located on a divided stretch of Rt 1. I came here looking for 4 items and only 3 were in stock. Helpful lady stocking shelves but absolutely disinterested (male) cashier. Oh well. I got in and out quickly but the Walgreen's in Aston is way better.

Have to agree about the pharmacy. I'm moving and wanted to transfer my scripts from another Walgreens. I am rethinking this choice after being disconnected twice after holding for 30 minutes EACH TIME! There's no way to get a message to Walgreens letting them know there's a customer service issue, but they probably don't care. In my experience, there can be a huge customer service difference between Walgreens Pharmacies. Join me in avoiding this location. And know that perseverance will not make a difference if you need to reach them by phone.

Doctor called in a prescription for my wife Friday afternoon now it’s Sunday afternoon and the prescription is still not ready……..that’s unacceptable and unbelievable.

The pharmacy moves at glacial speed. They don't seem to care about patients. There's always a wait. They are always out of stock on medications. It's my own fault. I continue to go here because it's close.
