We went here to get a repair as part of an insurance claim. The check-in process was pretty smooth and the phone was ready when promised. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Angeles was instrumental in helping me win a claim against Samsung due to faulty update (UI 6.1) that rendered my Galaxy S Ultra 22's touch screen unusable. Can't praise him and the helpful people at this store enough! He was able to help me prove that there was nothing wrong with the phone, all parts were oem, and that the fault did indeed fall on Samsung. Thank you so much!
