I scheduled a full volume set with Morgan and she crushed it!! She’s currently training to be certified and she has been amazing, she’s so comforting and checks in with you to make sure you’re doing alright throughout the appointment. I would’ve never known she was training because of how amazing she did and I can’t wait to see her continue in her lash journey! I’ve gotten one refill with her already as well and she just keeps getting better!! Love love love! Thank you Morgan! Can’t wait until my next refill! 1000% recommend her ❤️

I had my first set of lashes done by Morgan a couple weeks ago. I wanted them to look natural and that’s what she gave me! She was gentle and great at explaining the process to me. If it’s your first time for lashes or you need a refill, Morgan is the one to do it for you!

Every single time I scheduled here it would be either moved or canceled in general. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. The employees are constantly never there for their appointments.

The customer service at the Lash Lounge in Glen Mills is top notch. The staff is very friendly and the value is exceptional for the quality offered. Would definitely recommend to others looking to get their lashes done for the first time.

I have been coming to the Lash lounge for a couple months to get my lashes done & I am obsessed! I never have to wait passed my appt time. The aesthetic of the lounge is extremely comforting & elegant, & the staff is super friendly & kind. Nacascia is my lash tech & I highly recommend booking an appt with her! She is amazing.
