We stopped here to check out the beds, as we were looking to upgrade. Vickie was great with assisting us and getting us set up in a bed that would work. The experience itself was 5 stars, but a star comes off because of some of the costs. Most places offer free delivery and will also take your old mattress at no cost. Sleep Number charges $49 for disposal of old mattresses, as well as $249 delivery if you don't purchase one of the flexible bases. I feel when you're spending $6K on a bed, these should be included at no cost. But overall we had a great experience and we can't wait to get our new bed!

I have a split king that we purchased in 2016. The foam is not holding its shape. I spent well over $10,000.00 on this bed. The store refers you to Corporate Customer Service line. Corporate service line just informed me it would be a minimum of 715.00 before tax and any shipping charge to get the parts that may or may not fix my bed. However, the parts are not refundable so I will stuck with the parts if it does not fix the problem. I would have thought a company as big and as expensive as Sleep number would care more for their customers than what I just witnessed. The stores make recommendations and ultimately sell you the products, but corporate seems to have tied their hands beyond that. I am so beside myself. I just spent 1800.00 with them last week. Be aware of large companies that don't want to stand behind their overpriced products.

Poor customer service via phone, beware of delivery issues. The people in the store are great, Pamela rocks! The bed we have had for 6 months , it's great so far. However, the customer service and support has been bad. Different person every time I call. They said they'd call back many times, never did. The delivery crew came to drop off our new bed and was supposed to take our old one. They said they would be back later in the day, left mattress in my driveway, then never showed up. I called sleep number and they rescheduled pickup for 3 days later. They said that was the soonest. I'll just have to figure it out myself.

Vickie was very nice and helpful with assisting me in successfully purchasing the new Sleep Number P6 Flex Base 3 Bed for my Bedroom. Very good sales and service at the Glen Mills, PA location. Vickie, Tatyana and Kim were so knowledgeable answering all my questions and assisting me in choosing the right bed for us. I will follow up after delivery in March.
