Yes this is everything Skechers. Wanted to get an pair of the new step in's and succeeded. However like many shoe stores today it is mostly self service. There are "sales personnel" but seem to want hide behind the counter or some far off part of the store. But being use to today's shoe stores I didn't mind this all the much. I weer a 10.5 or 11 shoe and prefer a wide. I did find two styles in my size, but no wide's. I was happy however to find the the standard sizes fit fine, so they must run a little wide. They are not cheap, over $100. So watch out for deals. As I said the service was standard fair for today's shoe stores. Selection is huge and includes clothing. Plenty of parking.

Great sale, bought 4 pair of sneakers. We were long overdue to buy better quality sneakers. Store Mgr was so nice. TY. My hubby and I were very satisfied.

I was just there, and couldn’t redeem my $5 reward for signing up for Skechers Plus. Salesman very nice, but system really failed and he couldn’t see my points, why have these incentives?

Came in with my parents ( father who was on a walker). We wanted to try the new slip on shoes for my father. First I asked one of the employees where they were the slip on shoes for men were located they said over there in the Yellow boxes and I then had to ask again to the exact spot. We were the only people in the store!! The 2 employees never came over to help or give us any advice. We did purchase 2 pair but will never go back to that store. Horrible customer service!!!

Store is clean and the price wasn't surprised after discounts, but one of sales associates (blank hair, Hispanic woman) was rude and impatient. I hope she could show her positive and caring attitude to the customers.

They have a very wide selection,more women shoes then men but that's normal everywhere. Staff very polite and respectful . Definitely will return again for shoes

Good selection of shoes. Has a clearance section to browse. Also has alot of apparel. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the prices are the same or more than ordering from Skechers website.

Nice store. I wish it had more wide shoes. Also, I was there on a Saturday morning and for a good 10 minutes there were no workers at the register or the sales floor.

The kid there today with the Penn State mask was pretty rude. First, he scanned my shoes and gave me a total without my clothes. No big deal. I reminded him that I have clothes on the counter. He told me that I have a lot of clothes. I asked him if he has to take off all of the hangers. He told me that he does. I took off all of the hangers for him. He said, “I’m not folding these. There’s too many.” I told him to hand them to me and I would fold them so they don’t get wrinkled. He ignored me, scanned them and shoved them all in one bag. Now I have to go fold them in my car so they’re not all wrinkled. The other kids working there were very friendly and helpful. I told the one as I was leaving that I wish he would have been at the register. This would probably have been a five star review prior to the checkout process. The store itself is nice and there were a lot of items on sale.

Very disappointed with the product. Service wasn’t great either. One person did ask if we needed anything but the rest of the time three people just talked with each other. Looked like I was putting them out to serve me when I checked out.
