Hello,
We visited this store on Monday, September 2nd, and T Nzee went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We drove from Delaware to this location, even though there’s a Sephora just 10 minutes away from us. This location is worth the drive and the extra tax because of how friendly and sweet the associates are.
My sister-in-law and I went to purchase the Huda Beauty foundation, which launched today, and thankfully, this location had both the foundation and primer in stock. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the employees, and T Nzee quickly asked if we needed assistance. She was amazing—she did a color match for us using a device to find the correct shade, but she also considered the shades I thought I might be and swatched both. She took her time ensuring I had everything I needed before moving on to assist my sister-in-law.
T was attentive, making sure we were happy without rushing us. She truly cared about making a connection during the process. She also went above and beyond by recommending additional products, like a concealer that would pair well with the foundation, and matched it based on the look I prefer—whether a bright under-eye or a more natural look. She even introduced us to the Tower28 brand, which we hadn’t heard of before. After listening to our skin concerns, we ended up purchasing not just the foundation but also additional items from Tower28.
Our visit to the store honestly made our day. T was so delightful and sweet to work with, and she provided many great tips. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service, T—we can’t wait to visit the store again!

This is my favorite Sephora to shop at. Every time I come here, I leave feeling very happy. Anthony is the epitome of excellent customer service. I have never encountered someone so personable, fun and passionate about their work.

The staff is just something else. They tried to help me using their little color match machine to color match my skin went home to use my new foundation and I looked gray. Even my mom said what did I do differently with my make up bc it looked weird. So that thing does not work and had to go back and return. I'm better matching myself and being left alone. The staff there is on your ass

First time visiting this store, & I will be back! The staff were so nice & welcoming. The store was so clean & well organized. Product displays made shopping so much easier. I complimented the store to the lovely lady checking me out & she was so proud, as she should be!

The Glen Eagle Square store is the BEST! It’s beautiful to start but the staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. I have had a few services done here getting a full face of makeup and it’s been flawless! Their suggestions for products are on point and I won’t go to any other store. Keith is the manager and he is awesome! He is out on the floor assisting customers with his staff. This is a must go to for all your make up and skin care needs.

First time at this location and was blown away! Keith was absolutely wonderful and helped me find 2 options for foundation (and expertly color matched me after the in-store app was close but not exact) and other products to help with my rosacea.
