We had gone into another location and we were dismissed pretty quickly and when I asked if they had the leaf to the table to see it the lady treated me like I was asking for the world to the point where I apologized profusely to her for asking. What a difference a location makes!!! Came to Glenn Mills to place the order and EVERYONE was friendly, fun, kind and helpful. There was an issue with my payment and everyone helped to fix it. I can’t wait to get my table and I can’t wait to shop here for our next piece of furniture! Thank you Elissa and everyone for being so kind…

I love Pottery Barn but it makes no sense that this location closes at 6pm on a weekday. Very inconvenient for people who work during the week. I had no idea that a national chain would be closed so early on a Wednesday. Bummer.

Why oh why can I not give *zero* stars? I mean worst of all, the dining room table wasn't refunded after return - and it has been a couple months since they came and picked it up. The table was expensive, seemed to be an unfinished sponge, not appropriate for food or drink, and especially not with children. At this point I wish we didn't order another one from them several months ago, but don't worry that hasn't arrived or been scheduled yet either, presumably another 2k down the toilet.

Ok, everyone reading this listen!! I went in to confirm the color I wanted for my sofa. They( pottery barn) have larger fabric samples to look at verse looking at a little swatch patch. So I stopped in. Tina went above and beyond in helping me with my selection. She placed the order and made it a joy.Mind you I was just going to order on line. After my purchase everyone was so grateful that I had them place the order verses doing it myself. I asked, why is everyone so thankful and grateful that i came in to order my living room furniture. They informed me it keeps the location up and running because if we didn't go into an actual store location they would be shut down. I never thought about this situation until now!! Help people not lose their jobs. Buy in store as it helps the community in more ways then we realize.This store location is worth the stop!!

Second time this has happened. I returned an item with a receipt thinking they took it off my Visa. Two weeks later get a merchandise credit in the mail. This time I returned four robes purchased online at the same time. Two were taken off my PayPal account and two weeks later get a merchandise credit. I called and they stated they don’t know why that happened but there is nothing they can do about it. After I spend my $78 credit, I’ll never purchase from them again. I think they do this to make you come to the store again.

My experience here was unpleasant as I was walking around the store and could hear the manager Jon disciplining another employee in the middle of the store. This was over something as simple as the way the employee handled a line that made a customer upset. However it was more disruptive to my experience that this manager felt the need to do this in hearing range of customers. It was very unprofessional and unfair to the employee.

We bought really expensive furniture from the pottery barn at Kung of Prussia mall. All the sofa cores collapsed within a month. We are not being contacted by the store manager inspite of several emails and phone calls. Have to deal with their horrible customer service who also have been give us the run around for several months now.I would never go to this store.

Please do not buy from pottery Ban. I bought a sofa in September and am still trying to get them to come pick it up as they delivered the wrong sofa. Not less than fifteen calls and no one can help but a supervisor. Supervisor never calls you back which means I am now out $1,800

Terrible customer service. Purchased a headboard from them and was told delivery would include attaching it to the bed. When the delivery people got here (late!!) they said they weren't allowed to attach it. Thank goodness it wasn't that hard. I called the store and they were dismissive and unhelpful - NEVER shopping here again.

Purchased a dining room table and 6 chairs, only received 5 chairs and one was damaged. The salesperson I was dealing with awful. She was rude and rushed me thought the whole process and I am now still battling 1 month later to get my two chairs. I also received my sconces that were damaged as well and just shipped those back, I have little faith I will ever see the replacement.

Super helpful staff and very nice collection we feel like buying everything from here only. A little overwhelmed ha ha! ? Helen was with us all the time, very energetic and genuine.
