The staff were so kind and patient. They were very helpful in finding a shoe that fit absolutely perfectly (and didn't mind spending a long time for me to try a bunch on). It was easy to tell that that they knew what they were talking about. The man helping me was able to tell that I had loose ankles by watching me walk before I even mentioned that I had hypermobile joints.Would highly, highly recommend this store for any runner or walker!

This was our third trip in and each one was met with friendly, helpful assistance. Even though I was unable to find the sneakers I originally wanted, they were able to help me find a comfortable pair I am happy with.

My son runs track for Garnet Valley HS l and needed shoes for his season. He said he had a great experience and they fitted him properly. He enjoyed the experience in shopping there by himself and felt confident that they helped him get a proper shoe for his feet.

I went in to Philadelphia runner to be fitted for shoes to work out. It was an easy process because the representative was knowledgeable about fitting and really helped find the right fit. I’ve been working out for two weeks without any feet issues. Thank you for that!

Having gotten great mileage out of my 2-year old Asics it was time for a new pair of running shoes. I visited the Glenn Mills location and after trying on several differing shoes, ended up purchasing Hoka and a Mizuno running shoes. So far I've only run in the Hoka's and am really happy with them.

I had a great experience with PR in Glen Mills! My sneakers had to be transferred from one of their other locations, they arrived exactly when I was told, when I went to pick them up, Tyler was so friendly and polite! This is how a retail experience should feel!!

Great experience with Tyler. He was able to assist me in getting some awesome shoes. He helped my wife get some shoes and when she wasn’t happy with the first pair - Tyler was able to return and order her a new pair. Tyler also helped my daughter get a pair of new sneakers as well.All in all great work Tyler.
