I've only been here 3 times so far, but my experiences have been really good. It is very close to my house, clean, friendly and Brian has worked out a plan that I think will really help me. I left Monday with a great deal of soreness, but that is the point of going there. He pushes me hard, but it's for my own benefit, so I'm good with it. Unless something drastically changes, I would definitely recommend this NovaCare to other people needing PT.

The only thing I can say is he has given me hope that I will get and feel better. I’m 65 and my back has has given up on me. I used to be quite active walking 4-5 miles a day but fatigue and pain confined me to my couch and a remote controller. This combination weakened me and made my condition worse. I have hope that with PT and putting in the work at home with the exercises, I will be able to get back to my old self and help with my grandchildren soon.

The therapist was very understanding and seemed quite knowledgeable of what steps to take to get the strength back in my hand after surgery. He was kind and and I felt comfortable working with him. We only had three sessions but with the diagrams he gave me to practice my Dr. and I were very pleases.

Brian and his staff do a great job. You are greeted by staff when you arrive. They are very knowledgeable, understanding and respectful. They really care about your progress. They take the time to answer all your questions so you understand the process to get you to where you need to be. They also give you lots of one on one time during your visits. I would highly recommend Brian and his team.

Chris and the rest of the tight-knit team at Glen Mills branch are awesome. They work hard to find what rehabilitation methods work best for you and your diagnosis and genuinely care about your progress. I highly recommend.

Brian and team are very welcoming and easy to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and provide plenty of one on one time throughout the visits, allowing you an understanding of the process and what to expect as you progress. At my age from time to time I need some treatment in PT my insurance company choose Nova care in Glenn mills. I was falling and tripping a lot they are professional, kind and friendly.
