“I have gotten quite a few tests done at this facility and always have a good experience. But a couple weeks ago I was really impressed with how patient and kind the workers were. I had chemo years ago (no port - biggest mistake) and my veins are scarred and it is sometimes very difficult to get a good stick that flows. The lady tried a couple times and couldn't get enough blood to flow, then got someone else to come in and help. They were able to get it. I am pleased with their approach and their skills. I know I am trouble when I come in, some days worse than others (if I forget to drink enough water the day before), but I can count on this team doing a good job and maintaining a professional demeanor.
I find everyone I encounter there to be pleasant, and the wait time is usually minimal (but I do typically try to make an appointment which helps).”

“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”

I appreciated them having appointments for saturday as it's difficult to go during the week due to work. Did not wait long. The only thing i would recommend is better directions to the lab. First time I struggled to find it. Other than that, I am pleased with my experiences.”

“This was my first time at this particular location. Easy to find, I viewed the screen once I walked in and saw that I was already checked in and in the queue. And the best part is that I was attended to right at my appointment time which was great. Quick and easy and the phlebotomist was very attentive, friendly and gentle. The staff was professional and worked great as a team ensuring that patients were taken in the correct order and giving priority to the appointments that were scheduled. “The ladies working here are *amazing*. I took my two daughters (11 & 14) here today. It was my 11yo’s first blood draw and the ladies were so encouraging and kind. They even spoke with such encouragement to them saying things like “you got this!” and “you can do this!” calling them both by their names. They calmed any anxiety they had and did an amazing job getting the blood needed. Highly recommend. Every labcorp should have employees just like these two woman. Fantastic.”

“BCL is hands down the quickest and best local lab, instead of waiting an hr+ to have your blood drawn you'll literally be at BCL for 10 mins even if you've never been there before... Vannida & Jaime are amazing receptionists.. the specimens all get tested and resulted super quick and the people at BCL will meet your needs and expectations”

“We had a great experience at this Labcorp location today. We were serviced by 2 ladies who were very nice and considerate. My spouse and I were both getting bloodwork and we had our baby under 1 years with us in a carseat. We were walkins about 11am. There were a bunch of appointments on the board but only one person actually there ahead of us. The lady behind the desk called us up right away, and let both of us go in the same room at the same time so we could bring the baby back with us. The two ladies were so cute with the baby. The nurse was very quick and professional. Easily found a vein, no problems. We were in and out within 10 minutes.”

“All I can say is, wow! This is the most efficient, cleanest LabCorp I have ever been to. I was half hour early for my appointment, got taken right back, and I was out by my appointment time. Amanda was running the show herself, and holy smokes, is she good! She was registering people and drawing blood like a well-oiled machine. I'm a difficult stick sometimes, but she got it with no problem. I'd tell people to come to this LabCorp, but I want to keep it my little secret :)”

“? Awesome facility!!! I had a 5:30 pm. appointment on 1/19/2024 and received a call at 11 am. asking if I could come earlier, around 12 p.m. or soon after, because patients were canceling because of it snowing heavily. My neighbor cleaned my car off for me, and I was able to drive in the snow carefully and make it in time. Masks are mandatory again, so be sure to put it on before walking inside. The security guard can give you one if you don't have a mask. *ALSO, you can have someone get you a wheelchair ♿️ and take you to where you need to go, too, if needed. I was quickly checked in and was immediately brought back by a nurse/technician before I could finish the paperwork. Since I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms/wrists/hands/fingers/thumbs, I have to wear these special splints on both hands/forearm, so the nurse/technician was kind enough to fill the rest of the paperwork out for me.I had to laugh when I was told to take off all my clothing, jewelry, hair ties, clips, hand splints, etc... and put on this "special underwear" ??? (see attached underwear pics). Apparently, you can't wear your own underwear because some brands must have metal fibers in them ?‍♀️ & they make you wear the funniest looking undies I've ever seen. I then put on the 3x-4x sized scrub pants & shirt (I usually fit into a large-XL size scrubs) for me to wear for the cervical MRI I was there to have done. I locked all of my belongings in a secured unit.I had to leave my metal cane outside of the MRI room. A metal detector wand was used to see if I had anything metal on my entire body before the 2 nurses/technicians were kind enough to help walk me over to the table. I was given a new mask without any metal in it, 2 ear plugs, a headset for music, a cervical/neck stabilizer, the alert to squeeze if I needed to stop the MRI (which I've never needed to use previously), and cushion support under my knees to help with my lower back pain (basically, my entire spine & extremneties have issues). It went by very quickly, and before I was finished getting dressed, my imaging discs were being handed to me through the (chained linked crossing in front of the curtain) changing room area.P.S. if you want a faster check-in, sign up for text messages and emails, make sure to complete the online registration, upload photos of insurance, etc. The text messages are great for the reminder of your appointment & you can add it directly to your cellphone calendar? as well. This was the fastest in & out medical imaging appointment I've ever had. Thank you for that snow ❄️ day and coming in early and arriving home safely afterward. ? Everyone there is extremely nice and very efficient. Top notch service! I definitely would go here again for future imaging if needed. Thanks again for the giggles once given the "special underwear" ?”

“I visited the Silverside Road office in Wilmington, Delaware.
The office and labs were clean, bright and well organized. The text-based check-in system worked flawlessly. I was taken to the lab on time. My phlebotomist was courteous, professional and skilled. She listened to my pertinent medication history. I will return for future labs.”

“Great burgers and desserts. However, it took a long time to come to my table. Very expensive. They literally drained my blood for payment. I think the place may be run by vampires. They have a dessert tray they bring around but don't take anything. All the desserts are in glass tubes with red liquid inside. Very suspicious. They also have plastic bags of tomatoes sauce. I think it's tomato sauce but who knows?”

“Took my infant to get her first blood draw, and I was extremely nervous about how it would go because she hates having her arms constrained. The two phlebotomists did an amazing job with her. I was able to keep her on my lap the whole time. They were very fast, got it in on the first try, it was over in less than 2 minutes. I would take my baby there again, no question. I have been to multiple LabCorp locations and this seemed to be one of the better ones.”
