Just because I’m black that doesn’t mean I’m stealing. After being a loyal Lululemon member for years, I have never experienced such intense racial profiling while shopping. I was approached so many times that I nervously dropped my belongings because I was so startled. The staff didn’t think I had the money to purchase the pile of clothes in my hand, even though I successfully checked out . I was asked to present my ID because they didn’t believe my member phone number/ profile was actually mine. Such a shame! I will never come to this Lululemon location ever again!

I placed an order and when the order came in one of the items had a security tag on it so I immediately contacted customer service via chat I ask them to send out a replacement item immediately and send me a return label and I would return the item. It took about 30 minutes via chat. They sent a return label and the item was returned. However, I never received a replacement so I contacted them again. It took over an hour via chat to get the issued resolved. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience of not only one but two mistakes and over 1 half hours trying to resolve an issue they created to begin with. They offered me a $10 gift card. In my opinion the service for the high-priced high-quality athlete wear missed the boat on this issue.

Went in to buy some new workout shirts and exchange a birthday gift. Super friendly staff. Bonus was being asked if I needed any different sizes WHILE I was in the dressing room!I’ll be back for sure ?

My husband is retired NHL and because of this he gets a 25% sweat collective discount at Lululemon on every purchase. Every time we go in this store and are checking out, it’s a big argument for them to apply his discount. They argue with him, questioning what he is buying (whether for him or me), asking for multiple forms of ID, and act like he is lying (even with ID, login credentials). They are the rudest staff we have ever encountered locally. And this has happened multiple times in this store. We will now ONLY purchase online or at King of Prussia, where there are no problems.

The employees are great very polite very helpful. They are on the expensive side but I'm told the clothing will last a long time if taken care of properly.

Worst experience ever! No idea why this location still open! The store manager treated you like a thief and never followed company’s return policy. To save yourself, go somewhere else!

I went into the store for a simple exchange and the attitude with which I was approached was atrocious. The older lady with blonde hair who might I add is the store manager, Andrea, was incredibly rude. She stared at me as I browsed through clothes. It was clear she was questioning my motives. In addition she would not answer my questions in full and was extremely combative and defensive. I work in customer service and would never talk to someone in the manner she did. When I asked her for her name and greeted her goodbye she angrily stated she was the store manager. Will not be going back and I suggest the same.

“Andrea the manager” is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life, not just in customer service. I was trying on a pair of leggings and when I asked for a bigger size she insinuated that I’m overweight and shouldn’t be shopping here. Being called fat by anyone in public, LET ALONE by a store manager is one of the most despicable experiences I can name off the top of my head.

Some blonde chick, pretty sure she was the manager. Only thing I can say about her is just… Unpleasant. Luckily I have another Lululemon not to far from where I live, because there’s no way I’m taking step in that store again.
