Went there for clothes for our young grandson. Has a great variety of shirts and shorts. It was a good thing we went as the size we expected he would wear was wrong. He loved everything.

The white woman racially profiled me. Im a black woman and as I was leaving she was practically hyperventilating asking me if I needed help implying that I was stealing or going to steal. She, this white girl fits the profile of the one who is typical of theft. It’s like she was hiding her criminality from herself and putting it on me.

I lived close to this Gap location and have spent A LOT of time and money in this store as well. The manager is very FAKE and RUDE. She has this nasally voice and sound like she's whinnying when she talks. I was in this location on Saturday to redeem my Gap Cash and she asked me if I wanted a fitting room then shortly after asked me if I was ready to check out. The moment I said "Yes" she made her way to the register only to call someone else up to handle the transaction. To make matters worse she was off to the side having a conversation and when the girl who was ringing me up answered her she said "I'll tell you after your customer leaves" Listen, It's EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to even think this is okay when you are an employee let alone the Manager. I refuse to buy anything in this store going forward if she is working. I don't need to hear how you have your kid $300 for Christmas and all your other personal BS. What I need is for you to be a Professional Adult and ensure you and your staff behave in a Professional manner as well. I spent too much money MONTHLY in this location to have to deal with this type of behavior.
