Finally, it occurred to me contact the store in PA where I had made some purchases for my bed. I can’t tell you how different relating with that store is. I thought they represented Sleep Number training and expectations, but that is not true. They solved my problem through patience, intelligence and intention. Unfortunately, that was not true of the other representatives with whom I interacted. I believe the sales staff at the Sleep Number store in PA, 1731 Wilmington West Chester Pike is outstanding. I so appreciate their kindness, and helpfulness .”

“Great displays. I love to pop in to see what colors and special items the staff has combined in their seasonal displays. It gives me so many ideas for home. The design center in the back is very tempting for that specific touch you may need to finish a room. They always manage to bring some magic to their spaces. For people with mobility issues they may have some difficulty getting around the displays. The main areas are clear, but there were choke points. “Service in the store was amazing. Many customers were coming back in for more of their products. We love the idea of being able to order more parts for this totally modular system when you need it. You can take all the covers off and wash. Even non cushion parts! The entire sofa can have a new make over by ordering covers. It’s well made! We ordered light cream, thinking what’s there to be afraid of now? Delivery was very good and prompt. There was a heads up so we knew to be home for the delivery. Good thing because it came in like 30 boxes and we spend a long time unpacking, pulling components out, and covering the pieces. It took at least 5 hours for a ten piece sofa. It was worth it, and we can see it’s easy for one person to do it all as well. This system is much better made than searching at discount furniture stores. If you wait for a sale, they have free financing for 12 months. If not on sale 24 months. Totally do-able for your first sofa or second or kids room. There was a slight deviation in some of the material when it (some of the cushion material looked different but they said if it’s not right they would take the material back and send new ). I can post a follow up if we are going to return it. Based on our experience so far, I will convince my other daughter to buy her next also! If they could do a 3-5 year financing I’d bet they get a lot more sales.”
