**Extremely Disappointed with David Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram**
My experience at David Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was anything but satisfactory or enjoyable. My boyfriend and I drove two hours, on a holiday, from New Jersey for a scheduled 10:00 AM appointment, hoping to purchase a Jeep Islander. Unfortunately, our appointment time was completely disregarded in favor of another customer who wanted to see the same car. We weren't informed of this until 20 minutes before arriving at the dealership.
To make matters worse, upon arrival, we were told that the car had already been sold and was off the lot within an hour of the dealership opening at 9:00 AM. Having purchased cars in the past, I know that completing a sale usually takes time, and this seemed highly unlikely. We were then directed to other vehicles on the lot, which were supposed to be comparable, but all of them had extensive body damage and were far from what we were looking for.
The sales manager assured us we would be at the top of the list to find a comparable car at auction, but given the unprofessional experience we had, I highly doubted that would happen. Despite their promises, neither the sales manager nor the sales agent ever called us back to address the situation. I was never provided a car that was comparable to the specs I provided to multiple people on the sales team.
This was by far the most unprofessional car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and while I understand sales is sales and car dealerships have to do what they have to do to sell cars, this experience was just poor business practice. I don’t expect preferential treatment but I do expect responsible and professional treatment from a branded dealership. If you are looking for communication, professionalism, and solid treatment when purchasing a used car - Look elsewhere.

I had the best first experience buying my first truck a 24 ram and I'm glad I went to David Dodge.. Salesman Chris was very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't thank him enough and he got my trade in paid off in full so I didn't owe nothing on car I traded in.. I definitely reccomend this dealership and Chris the salesman..So if your ready for a new car go there and ask for Chris you Def won't be disappointed..And the finance guy Jeff Rubin is a man of his word when we were getting application done all local banks were closed so I had to go with a non local bank that the interest rate was high.. Jeff told me he would call me by 11:30 the next morning if he was able to get me a better rate and a little bit after 11:30 this morning he called with good news he got me an Intrest rate half of what the first one was.. so yeah Jeff is a man of his word which makes me wanna reccomend David Dodge 1000% to whoever is in market for a new vehicle.. thanks everyone at David Dodge I feel really grateful to have went thru yall

We've been attempting to buy out a vehicle leased by my company since March. Every step of the process has been problematic. The vehicle has been paid off since March and we still have not received the title. We did contact the owner for assistance several times prior to posting a review. I believe the back office team has made a genuine effort to assist but the sales and finance team are short-sighted. We've bought multiple vehicles from other dealerships due to a lack of interest in assisting us with the buyout of an existing lease.

Let me start off by saying my my buying experience was so good that I decided to buy my wife a jeep a few weeks later.
I purchased a vehicle from David Dodge and after four weeks, had to take it back for a water leak, oil leak, and noisy brakes. From the day I dropped the truck off there was no communication, after them having the truck for four weeks, I called to get an update and come to find out my truck was in a body shop being repaired from them damaging it, Denise Saylor had nothing but excuses on why I was not contacted, After a total of five weeks, I go to pick up my truck and meet with Dawn Matthew’s, and we look at my truck and it looks like Earl shives and Stevie Wonder did the repair!
Dawn then agrees and signs a letter stating they will pay to have my truck re-repaired at a body shop of my choice and also an extended warranty for my truck because of all this.
after taking my truck to a body shop and getting an estimate and sending it to Dawn, they decided to go through Insurance, 2 1/2 weeks later still nothing from David Dodge insurance!
The three things my truck went into the service department for none of them were fixed. My oil is still leaking, my truck interior has been completely soaked from all the rain we have gotten, and the brakes are still noisy.
I have emailed David Kelleher and Dawn multiple times now and neither of them will return emails! Come on DAVID I thought you were my dealer???

The worst experience of buying a car in my life the worst mechanics ever I believe they break things and try to cover it under warranty. They gave me a car for a loaner that smells like a wet dog and it’s dirty the girl gonna look at it and say it’s not dirty you can’t see Manager How are you a manager nd can’t see .I don’t get it.

We purchased our used 2021 Wrangler a few months ago with Kyle who was a wonderful associate to work with! We recently called with a last minute need and the Sales Manager Alan was quick to assist and get us back on the road. I highly recommend this location and their helpful staff!

My review is for the folks working in the Service Department. My truck broke down and I was stranded.
The folks there are awesome, they went above and beyond their call of duty to help me. Honestly felt like family.

Really solid team of individuals who are willing to work with people, even offered to deliver the car to my front door!
Dan Young was the sales guy I worked with and he just made the process super smooth with no pressure to do anything or rush to sign papers like some dealers do.
Overall I’m happy with my experience and definitely recommend at least giving a call or shooting a message to them and their team.
