I just had easily the worst experience of any pharmacy in any state I’ve ever lived in. The woman takes my prescription, claims they have it and enters my insurance etc. so this woman with long braids wearing maroon scrubs and a black mask is looking at me giving me dirty looks the entire time. She comes and looks at the sceeen, goes back to her computer. Comes back and gets the prescription and proceeds to act annoyed and like she cannot stand her life or job and says “i can’t even read the DEA number” mind you i have my prescriptions filled every single month and they seem to be able to read it every time. So she hands it back to the tech, and tech says “should i call the doctor?” And the apparent pharmacist with the long braids and black mask rolled her eyes and said “you can if you want” I’m literally just trying to get my medication prescribed from my doctor and this place made me never want to enter a CVS again. I’m a travel nurse and the attitude and looks these women just gave me will have me never spending a dime at any CVS in this entire country. I hope that woman finds a way to become positive when she went to school for all that time to be a pharmacist, just to display the poorest, most cold hearted, non standard of patient care type of behavior. I’m in shock at how discontent and angry this woman was. What a horrible store and staff. Someone fix this! I’m calling corporate immediately.

This place used to be a good pharmacy but in the last year it’s gone downhill. I haven’t had a single prescription filled in the last 12 months for our family that didn’t require me to ask a doctor/pediatrician/specialist/ER doctor to send the prescription back over because this pharmacy “never got it.” There’s a common denominator here.I have had so many prescription orders magically come in while I’ve been at the pharmacy counter inside. I have had the manager lie to me on multiple occasions about how long it’d take for an item to be ready (e.g. she’ll say it will be ready in 30 minutes, I show up 90 minutes later sick kids in tow and lo and behind she needs another 30 minutes).Don’t waste your time and go to a different pharmacy. Dishonest, constantly short staffed, and disorganized. Not what you want in a pharmacy.

Don’t mind me. I’ve just been sitting on hold for an hour. Never came to the phone or anything. While I’m sitting here literally dying. Trying to figure out if I need to drive an hour away to the ONLY CVS within an hours distance that MAY have what I need. If really rather not drive for nothing to only find out they actually don’t have what I need. They need better employees. They obviously are so busy that they can’t come to the phone to at least verify if they have it.

Pharmacist was incompetent and wrong and when I corrected him he became abusive, started screaming in my face and threatening until the store manager came and ordered the pharmacist to back off and filed a complaint against him

My mom and I just left this CVS. We had over-the-counter merchandise to fulfill our 2023 card balance. We had $150 to spend. Our over-the-counter cards has an application that confirms whether the over-the-counter products are eligible. We took an hour out of our evening to gather our products. We waited for 10 minutes, for a cashier to come to the counter. She was obviously doing some stock work but all she needed to say that she would be with us shortly rather that not acknowledging us.She came up to the counter did not even say hello or thanks for waiting.Lastly she rang up all our items and out of 15 items only three came up eligible and she told us that there is nothing wrong with her computer and that we need to call our insurance company.Meanwhile, we buy these items eg A&D ointment, allergy medicine, band Aids Etc. all The time at CVS’s with our card.Never did she once apologize, said this is not CVS’s problem, and she was the manager so there was no one else to talk to.Her mother happened to be there and scolded us for the way we addressed her.We did not raise our voices nor did we speak to her harshly. We were just trying to explain that we buy these items all the time at other CVS’s.We are considering dropping our CVS monthly membership and using Rite Aid.This young lady was very rude and I hope someone teaches her some manners and how to be a leader.By the way, this is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review of any business. We went to another CVS this morning in Wayne and all of our items were covered and excepted.Guess the manager was incorrect there must’ve been a system issue last night.

At the Hatton Drive location …. Ugh I said in front of my young daughter after getting our vaccinations that it’s Never a good idea to drink from a friend’s straw that viruses spread that way. The pharmacist made eye contact with us and says I am in college we all do it we all share straws with friends I do the same thing and smiles …. Ugh so my kid said seeee mom she does it and it she is a pharmacist…. Thanks for nothing …. Now my kid did say she would listen and not allow a friend to try her Starbucks drink or drinks from school but it would have been nice for her to say yes you can get sick that way or say nothing :( in reply

If I had to give this CVS pharm a zero stars I would.. never picks up the phone… tbhCVS company needs to provide this place with more pharm techs and workers , b/c I know they can be short staff- it is the company’s issue not the workers/staff there fault

Talked to a pharmacist. I dont know who he was, but he did not have a whole lot of bedside manners. He always sounded like you are interrupting him, annoyed and impatient.

Pharmacists & staff are always kind and helpful to me. My medications are always filled promptly and they take the time to answer my questions and even come behind the counter to help me find things. Staff in the store are always pleasant too.

Rude and unprofessional. I go to drop off a prescription after a root canal I ask for liquid amoxicillin they tell me they can’t call the dental office to make sure it’s okay and they have a back order. They tell me come back in a hour to “see what they can do” on a Friday night giving me no choice but to have to wait until Monday to figure things out in pain. The girl with the brown hair throws her hand up and both her and the pharmacist tell me to move because I’m holding up the line instead of giving me a definite answer and helping. I call my dental office and they tell me they spoke to the pharmacy and had no problem doing that. They magically no longer have a back order ? The most rude unprofessional experience ever. The Pharmacist even said to me “your dental office is lazy” what medical professional speaks that way. Done with that pharmacy.

Poor pharmacy service. Needed emergency refill, got runaround from first pharmacist. Second pharmacist said they would “call later for approval since they were too busy to call now.”Don’t understand why there is a pharmacist shortage when many have been laid off.

Terrible, no bathrooms for customers? My 4 year old daughter had to use it, and we were told no. Employees only? Where is a health department in this?

This CVS dispensed me a medication that should have had a shelf life of a minimum of 12 months with less than 6 months remaining. I thought "ok, there must be a shortage" and foolishly accepted it since my current one was about to expire and it is a life saving emergency device that I cannot be without. When I arrived home and unstapled the bag, I found the box had clearly been returned at least twice as there were peeled off labels in addition to mine on it and the pharmacy hadn't managed the shelf life.I contacted CVS customer service on 3/3, and again on 3/7 about the issue and was told I would receive a reply back from the store about the issue within 2 business days but I never did. The drug costs almost $400. The short shelf life is unacceptable. The fact that it was returned 2x is inexcusable. The drug manufacturer would accept the drug back had they not defaced the box with stickers and dispensed it rather than give it to a patient with less than 12 months of expiration on it. The fact that they are cowards and won't call me and explain themselves after their customer service says they will is just the reason that NOBODY should have a script filled here.

Pharmacy closed early for lunch and left my wife and two year old (with a bad ear infection) to wait in the store for 32 minutes while they sat and had their lunch. She even called ahead and begged them to wait and assured them she would be there before 1:30. So what do they do? They close the curtains two minutes early so they don’t have to face her. Inhumane and unprofessional. You should be ashamed.
