Forgot to put my review and this is my first ever first star review. Over the summer, Heidi was incredibly rude to me despite being a customer there for nearly 6 years or more. I stopped in while on my way to a class to pick up my prescription. When I got to the register, she was on the phone with someone and never looked up from the register. No one else was there waiting. I waited patiently for her in the middle of the register tables while she took her phone call. In the meantime, an older lady came and waited on the end of the register. This is when Heidi looked up and said “ I will be right with you in a minute”. Thinking that she was speaking with me since I was waiting in line before the lady, I said “okay take your time” to be respectful and accommodating to her job. When she finally got off the phone, she approached the lady first to which I politely said “Excuse me, I was actually waiting here first.”. Heidi then began to say that I was lying and she saw the lady first at the register. Apparently, the lady had gotten out of line and came back AFTER i got there. When I was in first grade, I learned that if you got out of line, that put you in the back of the line. Yet, Heidi proceeded to be rude to me about it despite the interaction being on camera where she could gladly see who was in the wrong in the situation. I would not have cared if 1. I didn't have class and 2. the lady was there the whole time. It was completely disrespectful and never got an apology for the rude way I was treated.It is completely disheartening after being a customer there for so long, specifically placing my prescriptions there because of the way I was treated by other workers. I have never had an encounter like this with anyone else and really hope Heidi can learn to listen to both parties before automatically assuming because she didn't take the curtsey to see if anyone else was waiting until another individual came.

I'm not sure what they're getting wrong at this Target pharmacy. The Springfield West pharmacy that I used to go to is excellent and they go above and beyond to help you and fill your prescription in 15 or 20 minutes. This pharmacy is a joke. Maybe they need more training.

Called the pharmacy for a script. Was left on hold for 25 minutes. Drove to the pharmacy to get it done.When I got there, there were no people waiting and the pharmacist was on her computer working. Nobody else around. Didn’t look too busy. I was still on hold.Profoundly unprofessional behavior from Bushra Hasmi.Edit: My initial review incorrectly blamed Pharmacist Heidi Gherardi for the behavior. That was my mistake. I assumed the name on the wall was the pharmacist on hand.

If I could give it 0 I would. Worst customer service experience ever. I was told 1 hour for my script. Came back 4 hours later. Stood in a line of 8 people while both technicians sat on their phones and stared at us. Finally one came up and began talking to the front of the line. Waiting another hour to move up 2 spaces in line (5 hours total) and was told they haven’t started on my script. Multiple other customers told me I should just come back tomorrow because they’ve been waiting hours over the time estimation they were given. I’ve been in pain all day because your technician didn’t want to take the 5 minutes it actually took them (I saw them go through the entire process) to give me the medication I needed. Not to mention the constant glares, sass, and condescension.

Got a call from the pharmacist this morning canceling my flu shot because …. although I am a pharmacist today I do not have the credentials to give vaccines out.. scary lol perhaps get this pharmacist what she needs to vaccinate ppl .. she said make it for Tuesday lol ok sure I will take time off from work to get vaccinated lol

the employees are beyond stupid and rude. i came for a flu shot appointment and they claimed i didn’t have insurance even though i had my card and they refused to give me the shot. waste of my time. never coming back. hire new people!

Nothing requires imrovement. Heidi is a fantastic pharmacist and provides excellent help and information to help save on prescriptions.

I'm not sure who the pharmacist is at this location,she isn't Heidi or anyone new. She was rude talked over me, hung up on me, and wouldn't let me talk. CVS, please reach out to me

Don’t take your kid here to get the vaccine. Pharmacist or who ever was giving the shot today was “over it”. Kids aren’t the easiest to deal with with it comes to shots but she either seemed burnt out or has terrible bedside manners. Could here her in the back complaining about the kids she had to give shots to today. Granted. It’s not her job in the long run to do this, so cvs should hire someone else. Take your kids somewhere else to get their shot. This isn’t the place

Appalled at what I saw today. Pharmacist was overworked and overwhelmed. Was turning people away (including appointments for vaccines... no consideration for public safety). Witnessed him and a customer yelling at each other too. Very upsetting experience. If you can avoid using this pharmacy I would.

I cannot tell you how many times I have called and wait on hold forever. I use the app when I can but sometimes you need to speak to a pharmacist. Unfortunately my insurance pretty much forces me to go there. The wait time is ridiculous. They are understaffed and never have enough people to deal with the volume they get. Currently been on hold for 30 minutes to speak to a human-so frustrating.
