While the service itself had no issues, there are 3 major problems that I have experienced.
1. Incorrect tire pressure. I've taken both of my cars here for seasonal tire change and rotation, they would miss the spec by a lot. My SUV has different tire pressure for rear 39psi and front 35psi tires, and the Costco technician would just put 39 psi for all tires. This is extremely bad for cars that have a drastically different pressure spec. This happened 3 times.
2. They were not careful with my car. For my smaller car I usually put the tires in the back seats as they will not all fit in the trunk, after the service, I found very dirty spots on the rear seats and the passenger side floormats were broken (the mat was pulled hard and the plastic rings that keeps the mats in place broke off and was nowhere to be found.
3. It appears to me that they are not doing the most professional job. They would lean the entire wheel against my brakes (see attached photo). If this is standard practice then that's fine, but it doesn't look like that to me. It appears to me that leaning a heavy wheel against the brakes might cause misalignments of the brake discs and worse break off some brake wiring.
I will take my business elsewhere hoping for a better experience.

Worst tire service I have ever seen. They destroyed 3 of my 2023 M4 wheels. Costco paid for one wheel which was severely damaged only after getting my attorney involved. They refused to fix the other 2 wheels and I’m currently in the process of taking them to small court claim. DO NOT USE this Costco tire shop they will damage your wheels.

Great customer service at this location. I went in to purchase a new battery. No line. Pleasant clerk. I was in and out in ten minutes. I will return here next time I need new tires.

I usually book an appointment but whe I came in today and saw one car on the lift I decided to do a walk in. I spoke with a gentleman who took my information and keys and he said he would call me when it was done . An hour and 15 minutes later I asked another gentleman if I could get an update on my vehicle and he took a look at a sheet and told me about an hour and a half more. I guess I was wrong to assume that it would be done within an hour but at the same time the First Gentleman could have told me it was going to be at least two to three hours. Not very professional or friendly.

The turnaround for larger tires is ~2 hours. They did a great job. They only do TIRE SPECIFIC SERVICE - no alignment. I guess it has to do with liability. They specialize in tire install and repair and for the price it was well worth it. Very happy with the product and service. I’ll be coming back here for new rims.

Phillies game tickets for a total of $330. Only to find out that the games are mostly sold out. They will not refund tickets. they are still selling tickets and advertising for games that are not available !! I have never had a problem since joining Costco . But now I know how unethical and deceitful they are!! BEWARE OF BUYING GIFT CARDS AND TICKETS AT COSTCO!! They are not what you think!

The tech that did the tire rotation for my car has an annoying habit which I personally do not like -- he changes the air condition setting AND the brightness of my car's dashboard! Nobody should be doing that to other people's property without permission, especially if it has nothing to do with the task being requested which is to rotate the tires and nothing else! This is very annoying! Now it makes me wonder what else did this guy do to my car -- rummage through other things? Costco of Glen Mills management should reiterate this to everyone in the Tire Center -- that nobody should be adjusting/changing the settings of other people's vehicles, particularly those that do not interfere with their job! Mirrors or seats are acceptable. But an air condition and dashboard settings, c'mon!

Kudos for Costco in Glen Mills! I've ordered tires online and The installers checked out my tires and suggested I wait as my treads were not ready to be replaced. It's funny because it was recommended by a mechanic at time of car inspection at the car Dealer. Costco tech states they are not paid on commission and their opinion is not based on sales rather an honest evaluation of my tires. Well, we've saved the environment and bought more time on my tires! Thank you Glen Mills Costco tire team members for their honestly!!

First time here, signed up for a membership because they had the tires I wanted in stock. Got 4 tires installed on Tesla now I have scratched rims. Kept them nice for 3 years through multiple tire installs and Costco just went ahead and set these up on the tire machine and let it scrape the paint off the lip. Tire install is a straight forward job. If you don't damage anything, balance them right, and don't over torque the lug nuts then there is nothing to complain about. If you can't leave the car in the same condition it was given to you then you deserve a bad review.

Selective cart search - Minority Costco Member Glen Mills Location For the second time after spending hundreds of dollars at this location, we were selected out of all customers to have our cart checked and all our items counted. Not a problem if this is their policy for all customers. Both times a number of other customers before and after us, with large and small purchases did not have their carts searched or items counted. We were randomly selected the first time after being checked out by an employee (all items scanned and paid for) and today by an employee at the self checkout line who made a mistake and did not scan a case of water (not aware of this until items were counted). Upon leaving, a representative aaked if she could check our cart. I said of course. Aftwr watching every other customee yet again carts and items not being checked our counted, I asked why our cart was being checked and not other customers and the young lady checking our cart said, "I know I'm not sure, just doing my job" I asked to speak to the manager, Nick who said that they try to get every customer and that he cannot speak for everybody and that they do this for self checkout, but again this has happened to us twice regardless of being in self checkout and we were ringed up by an employee both times. Nick kept saying the same thing as we continued to watch other customers go freely without getting their cart items counted. Nick could not explain Costco's policy. Costco you are selecting only certain customers carts to search. We already pay for a membership to even enter and buy items from your store. Just recently spent a combined $800 for tires and groceries. This was not handled well by Nick, the manager, making excuses for the mistake of an employee and noting how customers are not randomly selected when even during this conversation we watched customers continue to pass by without the cart being checked. Is discrimination Costco's policy?

Yes, I recommend Costco. Just re-joined to use the travel services. Going to Cancun. Will add a review on Aug 22. Thanks
