Attempted to get a price quote on a new Ascent but after 11 different emails back and fourth still haven't received the price they can sell their vehicle for. It was 100 questions for me but no reply to my 1st email about price and each email after. Plenty of other dealerships if you don't mind traveling and saving money try Jones Junction they were happy to give a price in the first email back to me just figured I would attempt to stay local with Concordville Subaru.

We’ve been looking for this specific vehicle for 3 years, the right make, model, color and trim, and we were absolutely delighted to find this at Concordville. Personally, having purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime, this process was easy, informative and helpful. We are thrilled with the purchase and are honestly looking for excuses to run errands so that we can drive it. From the initial contact with Mary and subsequent working with Anthony as well as the business end with Tim, the process is very refined and rewarding. We plan on really enjoying this car and will definitely be back for future purchases. Well done Guys!!

I brought my car in for service in June and had a great experience with Mark in the Service Department. I dropped it off again, yesterday the 11th of December and dealt with Stephanie. I received a call a few hours later from her basically telling me that I was wrong, I tried to explain things but I wasn't being heard. I won't go further than that.My 5 star review is for Mark Rodgers in the Service department. He helped me in June and again today. He honestly is the epitome of Customer Service and just a very kind person. He found the problem that I was speaking about and took care of it right away. I was having trouble this morning with the loaner car, I'm not used to the newer smart cars and he actually offered to drive from Concordville to where I was in Wilmington, Delaware about 15 miles away to help me with it. I have never received service like this before. I was able to have the problem figured out so he wouldn't have to drive all of the way to me. I'm extremely grateful that I was able to connect with Mark and I feel much better knowing that he looked at my car himself. I'm moving and driving to Texas this week but when I do come back to Delaware every few months, I will always bring my car here. Amazing service! Also, the young man who brought my loaner out yesterday around 1:00 p.m was extremely nice and professional.

Great car-buying experience from start to finish! The sales rep was so thorough about details & difference with the cars I considered. She helped me make a very good decision. The manager and other employees with whom I interacted were professional and pleasant.I’d recommend Concordville Subaru to anyone who wants a safe vehicle that looks great and handles well.

MY SUBARU CAUGHT ON FIRE! Unfortunately, mine is not the first one that caught on fire based on these reviews... In May 2019, I bought a Subaru forester with 44k miles on it because I was told it's a good car for a young girl bc they last forever. First of all, it had an oil problem and even though it was Subarus mistake for all 2013 foresters, I was still expected to just live with it, without compensation or recall, and refill the oil all the time, which I did the past 4 years. This summer, my check engine light came on and the car felt weird. I brought it into concordville in June and they told me it was just the gas cap, and that they TURNED OFF the check engine light. The light came back on when I brought it back in to get the new gas cap after the order came in. They fixed the gas cap and TURNED OFF the check engine light again. The car still felt weird. Exactly one week later, the car randomly caught on fire from the hood. The entire bottom of the car was charred and the car was deemed totaled at just 100k miles. All subaru could do to help me was say "sorry" and offer me a couple bucks off of a LEASE that they still make a huge profit from anyways. No sympathy for me... lesson learned... now a Toyota girl...

Hello I am writing about a recent experience I had at Concord villaSubaru. I took my car there on 11/6/23 waited while my car was being inspected was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable person from the service department about my car. She took the time to explain what my best options might be.The value of my car is not worth a ton anymore but she sure showed she valued the customer! and made me feel a lot better about my current situation with my car this is not the typical service you receive everyday Thank you Melissa McElwee !! Great experience start to finish at this dealership. So many added perks to the process too like free Wawa gift card for gas and someone who meets with you after a week or so of owning your new car to go over any tech support questions you may have or how to customize the car to your needs! 10/10

I recently found myself in need of a new car, due to a rear-end accident in which, by no fault of my own, my current Subaru Forester was totaled. Through extensive research I discovered Concordville Subaru through their affiliation with Consumer Reports. Even though the dealership was some distance away from my home, I was happy to drive the 1.75 hours to purchase the exact vehicle I desired at a very competitive price.Let me say that I have never purchased a car in this manner in my life, no test drive. None needed. When I arrived at Concordville, the car, a magnetite grey 2023 Forester premium edition was poised right at the entrance, and I was immediately met at the door by Bill Still, the salesperson, who apologized that the car was wet. (It recently rained!) Since this was going to be my 4th Forester and 5th Subaru overall, we quickly established that there wasn’t much to go over about the car itself that I didn't already know. My son was treated as an equal, not a nuisance, and was even given a couple of really nice gifts of Subaru swag, a toy Impreza, a Subaru cup, and a notepad, which made him feel almost as special about what HE got as I did about what I was getting. :-)Papers were signed, down payment was made, I learned about auto dimming headlights, which none of my previous cars had, and off we went. On the way home, my son, age 7, asked, “Dad, will this be my car someday? I hope so.” I hope so, son, I really do.I could not have asked for a more perfect car buying experience.Love is what makes a Subaru a Subaru, but good sales practice, like you get From Concordville, is what puts one in my garage.Highly recommend.

Service department is quite friendly and non-pushy, I usually feel quite well taken care of. Prices are a lot more reasonable than other dealerships. Nice waiting area. Great staff members and management. Will be a routine customer.

It is with great pleasure that I provide a summary of our excellent car buying experience at Concordville Subaru. The entire car purchasing process was actually an enjoyable process as opposed to others I have had with many other dealerships!We dealt with a professional sales manager (Moe) on a Friday afternoon who listened to our needs and desires. He steered us towards a model that met all our criteria, Ascent Touring. On Monday afternoon we initially met with a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson (Maddy) who guided us through a detailed inspection process and complete overview of our car’s capabilities and accessories. We then met with a Finance Director (Tim) who had all the necessary paperwork ready for us to review and sign—we completed the efficient and pressure free process in less than an hour!The culmination of our buying experience was, we met the owner of the Dealership who took the time to say hi and make sure we didn’t have any questions—where else does that happen! There is no doubt that this professional, competent, and friendly Team was the best we have ever worked with over the decades of car buying!

Overall a very stress-free experience. Purchased a used car, it was prepped nicely and we were given a list of items reviewed before it was put up for sale. Ton of paperwork but I realize that's unavoidable. Nice, clean shop, pleasant employees

My husband and I have owned Subarus both in NH and here. He was a rural carrier and drove right wheel drive Postal Service as soon as they were available. The Concordville Subaru is the most exceptional store that we used. Both sales and service are great!

Brought my brand new wrx in for a simple oil change. A few weeks later I jacked the car up and took a peak to look over the car and make sure everything was in well working order. Found that the drain plug is slowly leaking oil. How hard is it to properly torque the drain plug and add a new crash washer. I work for a dealership as a technician. I could do my own oil change but I want to give you my service while I have a warranty. But this is ridiculous. I understand techs are busy and want to make hours but do the job right even if it takes a little more time.
