The shopping experience was actually decent. Low pressure, easy to negotiate, no hard pressure to purchase extended warranties once it was clear I wasn’t interested. Received a reasonable price, even after swapping out the summer tires for all season tires. Doug Tamer, our sales rep, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the cars he’s selling. The after purchase review of the car’s features with Keith was very informative and helpful.

I recently took my 2008 vehicle in for service, which was outstanding. The service department left no room for improvement. The service staff was great from the moment I walked in the door. They were explicit, understanding, responsive to my needs, respectful, and took the extra step(s) when it came to customer satisfaction. I especially want to thank Melissa for her exceptional attention and assistance.

Don’t have customers schedule an appointment a week in advance for an 8 AM oil change if you can’t return their car to them until 10 AM. There’s a reason I scheduled the appointment for 8 AM and not 9:30 AM. I have two Subarus and this is the third time I’ve come in for an oil change. Let this review represent the last two oil changes as well.

I was told that they would accept my financing through USAA after I called and expressed I was travailing out of state to purchase the vehicle. I wanted to make sure I was not wasting my time. After we traveled to the dealership and decided on purchasing the vehicle, they told me they will not accept outside financing and forced us to use theirs if we wanted their vehicle. I can understand that they do not accept outside financing, but we called twice to make sure and validate. This is a very unprofessional and unethical sales practice.

The 2024 outback was sooo nice but I’d rather not have a car payment.
Anthony informed me that a 2017 just came in with 15,000 miles on it!
They fixed and cleaned it up so nice !
