I made a mistake of visiting this place again after a previous bad experience. This place is greedy. I could get a repair for about 60% less than what this place offers. Also, Pete told me to call the insurance even though I told him I did not want to use insurance. He said it would not raise the premium. It was my mistake to trust him. Now our insurance goes up. Now I realize that everything Pete said was based on greed nothing else.

Concord Auto Body has GREAT service & workmanship. Pete & his team took care of every detail & the repair work is FLAWLESS and my car looks like new! I would recommend this place to anyone, they are for sure an "A-+++" business!!

Concord Auto Body is the best! Pete had my back when the insurance company tried to give me less than the cost of the body work. He got everything fixed with quality material and in less time than planned for. I hope I don't need their services again, but I would definitely recommend them for auto body work!

I can't say enough about the work quality and care that Concord Auto Body shows when working on a vehicle. They went above and beyond repairing my car! Great communication and zero corners cut. I have nothing but great things to say about Concord Auto Body Shop. From start to finish they were completely professional and made the repairs to my vehicle after an accident very smooth. Every step of the way, I was completely grateful for their excellent customer service. When I came in for my estimate, they detailed exactly what needed to be done and even buffed out a paint streak as a courtesy. When an earlier appointment was available, they called to see if I wanted the appointment. When my car repairs took longer than expected, they kept me updated for each delay. They made sure the job was done correctly and only charged me for the necessary out of pockets expense. Pete even made sure I had my car before the Thanksgiving holiday. For a stress free shop that seamlessly works with the insurance company and car rental company, this is the place to go!

I selected this body shop based on Yelp reviews. So glad I did. I failed to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Pete came out to evaluate my vehicle. He went above and beyond. Took several picture, offered info on what I can expect, and buttoned up my rear bumper to prevent any weather damage that might occur waiting for my repair. He didn't even know if I would have him perform the repairs, yet went the extra step in customer service.
