Their website and voicemail say they’re open 10-7pm on weekends. I came at 4pm on a Saturday and the doors are locked, store completely empty. I drove over 40 minutes to get here. What a waste

I just left Bluemercury in Glen Mills, PA. I went to purchase a cleanser in their M-61 line, which I have used continuously for over five years. I saw that the bottle shrunk by more than 50-percent for the same price. I asked the sales person what other cleaners are comparable to the cleaner. I did not want to pay the same price for half of the amount of product. She showed me a couple of products and continuously remarked how expensive they are. She said about five times how comparable products would be “expensive “. Growing tired of her prejudice, likely racist assumptions, I remarked; I am sure I make more money than you. I do not care how expensive it is, only that it is effective. I left and I am now writing this review. I have been a Bluemercury customer for over ten years. I have shopped at you locations in Rittenhouse Square and Ardmore for years. I have never been insulted as I was today in your Glen Mills location. The salesperson was an older white woman with glasses. I recommend training or termination. No one needs helps from these type of people.

Lorraine was extremely helpful professional and friendly. She went out of her way to help me. She made me want to come back and shop. I was in a few weekends ago and did not get the same outstanding service from a different employee. Glad I came back for a second chance.
