I have been working with Align now for over a year in my efforts to recover from a back injury. Greg and Joe have been instrumental in getting me back to doing everything I love. Joe Chaitkin and his team are professionals and true experts in the health, fitness and conditioning industry. My high school aged son was recovering from a sports injury and needed something more than physical therapy to help him progress through. Joe and Jason have the education, certifications and experience to support corrective, functional movement as a foundation followed by a progressive plan to enhance performance. My son is experiencing positive results already and really enjoys working with each of them which we plan to continue. In addition to being at the top of their game they are also just really good people. Give them a shot...you won't be disappointed!

Excellent personal training. I have been going a month now and am so excited! Joe (my trainer) is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working out with Bryn at Align Fitness for a few months now. She is always prompt, organized and enthusiastic. She consistently adjusts my work out to my specific needs and strengths. She is encouraging and super knowledgeable. She always explains the “science” behind whatever exercise she has me do. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at Align. It is a small gym and the equipment is somewhat limited.

After recovering from a car accident, Joe worked with me to develop a tailored exercise program to allow me to safely get back to the gym. Through his assistance, I was able to get back to the activities that I was doing pre-accident and he was able to give me modifications to any exercises that I was still having difficulty in doing. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and truly created a customized a plan to meet my specific needs. I highly recommend going to align fitness for any of your personal training or sports performance needs!

When I first came to Joe I had a bad back, a bad lifestyle and terrible pain. Joes team helped me out immensely by walking the journey with me. After 2 months, my body has managed to bounce back with no back pains anymore. Furthermore this training has led me to create good habits that I didn’t have earlier. Habits that I can keep with me forever. A big thank you to this team! Keep up the great work.

Joe is very knowledgeable and is able to identify poor movements other professionals have missed. Joe provides a comprehensive analysis in simple terms that can be applied to improve mobility and strength. I look forward to longer drives and a lower handicap next season after working with Joe this winter.

I had been suffering from back pain due to herniated discs for 6 months and was on the verge of electing surgery. Within in a month of working with Joe, his knowledge of strength training, flexibility, and movement put me on a path to success of resuming normal activities while being largely pain free. I've been working with Joe & the team at Align Fitness for about 10 weeks and have seen a significant improvement. They take the time to discuss your specific fitness goals, assess any physical limitations / opportunities, and design a truly custom program. I was hesitant at first as we've been completely virtual however as I mentioned the results speak for themselves. I've been working on overall fitness with an emphasis on strength & mobility that will improve my golf swing and I've seen improvements to both clubhead speed and ball striking. Looking forward to continued collaboration with the team at Align!

Personal training catered to golf is very important to me. As a golf professional, I am looking for ways to improve my performance on the golf course. I have been working with Align Fitness for over two years now. I was referred by my PT after a few months of working on chronic pain issues. What I thought might be a temporary bridge back into my previous workout style has become a permanent practice of functional movement training. Joe and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. When covid struck they didn't miss a beat. They continue to provide me with quality exercise programs, which keep me engaged and striving for more.

My husband and I started going (virtual of course) to Align Fitness in the middle of the pandemic. I was feeling like a slug and I needed some accountability and motivation. The owner, Joe, gave us a virtual fitness assessment and we were able to get started right away! He set us up with one of his trainer's, Greg, who is a perfect fit for us! The team is so accommodating and willing to work with whatever constraints you might have. They even make it really easy to purchase additional sessions directly on their website! If you are looking for a great team, and private atmosphere for a reasonable price, I fully recommend them!

My experience with Joe has been outstanding. Given today's environment the one-on-one personal training sessions have been essential and all my sessions have been remotely facilitated via video. I have 2 sessions a week and each session has enough repetition and variety to keep them interesting, challenging, and help build strength and well-being. I'm very glad to be taking these personal fitness sessions.
