Our philosophy on fitness and exercise is that movement quality is always more important than movement quantity. We can decrease the chance of injury while maximizing improvements through improved movement. This is accomplished through regular testing and individualized corrective exercise. Movement quality and injury prevention will always trump cool-looking exercises and workouts intended to push well beyond one’s capabilities. It’s our goal to make everyone in our community to move, feel, and perform better. We will get you there with just the right mix of traditional and nontraditional exercises. We offer 1-1 personal training, semi-private training, program design, and remote training.
