Action Potential physical therapy is life changing. After back surgery, the outstanding physical therapists had me fully functioning in just a few weeks. Then, after getting both of my knees replaced, they worked their magic again. Not only did I fully recover, but I feel better than I did 30 years ago. I am so grateful for Kristen, Alicia, Angelica, Megan, Katherine, Andrea, and Nathan. I definitely could not have recovered so successfully without Action Potential. There is no better feeling than returning to an active lifestyle and being pain free.

I cannot say enough great things about Kathy and the rest of the team at Action Potential in Glen Mills! Amazing and very talented group of physical therapists. I initially saw Kathy for postpartum core issues, which she was able to help me quickly resolve. I also mentioned that I had long term neck pain that hadn’t improved much with previous PT. I had spent years trying to manage it with stretching, massage, muscle relaxers, foam rolling, etc, and nothing helped for more than a day or two. Kathy put together a customized plan with stretching, strengthening, and dry needling. I saw noticeable improvement right away and within a few weeks my 10+ years of neck pain was essentially cured. Honestly it is life changing to not be in constant pain anymore— I have so much more energy and am in a better mood and able to be more present for my family without being run down with pain. I’m so glad I found Action Potential and truly appreciative of all they did to help me become pain free! Highly recommend them for any PT needs!

I highly recommend Action Potential. I had one-on-one physical therapy sessions which offered me individual care and attention. My therapist gave me new exercises at every visit which kept things interesting for me and documented my progress. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The office staff was very pleasant and friendly, the facility had a lot of equipment and was very clean and modern.

Just finished my therapy. I could not be any happier. My therapist, Sarah, was knowledgeable, patient, concerned and helped improve my condition greatly. Working 1 on 1 is such an advantage, and this is the type of care that is received at Action Potential. You could see that the other therapist showed the same interest and concern. Just wish I had known of this place a few years ago after a hip revision surgery-I feel I would be walking without a cane. Thanks again.

Megan is incredible. I wish I would have done the Birth Prep class with her for my first child. I wish I did not wait until having my second to find her! She has taught me more than I ever could have imagined about my body and now me AND my husband are way more prepared heading into this delivery! If only we would have done this our first time around I feel my first labor and delivery would have gone so much better than it did. I would encourage any mom but especially a first time mom to invest in the pelvic floor therapy and additionally the birth prep classes with Megan. She doesn’t just teach you to breath, trust me, it’s WAY more than that and I am so grateful to have found her and Action Potential. Cannot recommend enough!

I started my Physical therapy at Action Potential for lower back pain. I had pain when walking, sitting, and bending was nearly impossible. Meghan was very focused on my rehab. I found her to be very good at communicating and listening. Meghan was very attentive and gave me her full attention and support. In a matter of weeks, Meghan had me pain free and stronger than when I started my physical therapy. Meghan provided a plan to assist me with preventing recurrence issues. I found the atmosphere at the Kennett location very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Action Potential Physical Therapy.

Horrible place, they take advantage of young people who get in motor vehicle accident by running up their tabs with painful neck “massages,” useless eye exercises with a wooden stick and paper poster, and exercises that do not make you feel better( you actually feel worse days after) The rate they charged for a 5 minute painful neck massage and eye exercise was $150 by the way. Anyway they still service you knowing that your insurance isn’t covering it anymore because they want you to pay out of pocket. Then they will harass you with calls, emails, and voicemails that you need to pay an outrageous amount of money and if you do not comply the owner gets very disrespectful and unprofessional saying “they’ll send it to debt collectors and hurt your credit.” Kristen Wilson the co owner must think since I’m young she can be disrespectful without any repercussions. Their contract says that they will NOT service you without getting paid. So why did they continue to schedule multiple appointments a week for me when they knew my motor vehicle insurance money ran out, and that they do not accept my regular insurance? Maybe they prey on young people with no prior accidents so they can take advantage. I don’t know but the owner of this place is unprofessional, money hungry, and very disrespectful. They also do not show any compassion for any of your injuries. Let this review be a sign to not go here!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I absolutely had a great experience under Amy Kollmann's care. I went in with a very painful inflamed heel and/or Plantar Fasciitis and less then 8 weeks later I am virtually pain free. All this while continuing to play softball in several leagues the entire time and doing the prescribed exercises often 3 times per day and/or whenever the pain flared up. I pitch most of the time and you can imagine the impact this could have had on the healing process. Amy guided me through the season and I am back pretty much 100%. I thank Amy and Action Potential for prioritizing my desire to play while rehabbing through this tricky injury that sometimes debilitates others. Most people would have missed the entire season. And we are gearing up for the playoffs now!

Definitely the best physical therapy practice in the area! I’ve been to action potential for multiple issues and have always had a wonderful experience. Everything is personalized to your needs and having a private appointment is very refreshing because not a lot of places do that anymore! I’ve worked with Sarah and Amy and they are both amazing and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk are also so sweet as well!

Before I came to Action Potential I was getting therapy at a different location. I was very discouraged because it seemed that 6 months after my Rotator Cuff repair I had reached my final progress. I was barely able to wash my hair, I couldn't fully extend my arm above my head. My daughter had been a patient at AP and suggested that I give them a try.Sarah and Jenna have been my therapists, immediately I noticed a change with their one on one approach. Now 3 months later I am able to do everything I need to do to have the quality of life that I want and need.I absolutely love the staff and therapists at Action Potential. I felt like I was visiting with friends and the therapy was a bonus!

Action Potential is the best! We were very fortunate to work with Jenna pre and post surgery after my husband's knee replacement. We believed his unbelievable recovery is due in large part to the one-on-one attention, tools that she used(the videos!) and the support throughout the process all contributed to a successful outcome. We have told everyone about our experience with Jenna and Action Potential! Can't thank you all enough! Carlo and Nancy

I had a wonderful experience at AP PT! Jenna was smart, kind and helpful! I am now pain-free! At AP, you are the only client for your entire session! I felt very cared for and I will be back whenever I need PT again. Thank you!

I benefited immensely from my care at Action Potential Physical Therapy. My PT - Casey Sinex- was thorough, caring and compassionate and professional. I received help that was not provided through other health care facilities. I am very pleased and satisfied with the outcomes I was able to achieve and would highly recommend Action Potential PT and the staff to anyone.

The treatment at Action Potential far surpasses any other physical therapy provider in the area from my experience. For my current situation, I started at a well- known PT provider. The ratio of treatment was two, sometimes three patients to one physical therapist. That is never the case at AP, it's 1:1 every session. Everyone is professional and friendly. Want to specifically shout out Sarah who has patiently and methodically worked with me for over a month. Will never go any place else!
