I went to Acme's Savon Pharmacy yesterday for my first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. I was treated quickly, the pharmacist who administered the shot was skilled and I felt practically nothing. The pharmacy was clean and the staff followed all of the COVID-19 protocols to the letter. My registration was processed promptly and efficiently. The pharmacist was solicitous and made sure I didn't have an allergic reaction. My second shot was scheduled before I left. I've heard horror stories about the disorganization that plagues some vaccination sites and I would encourage anyone who needs a shot to check out the Acme on Byers Lane in Concordville.

Starting with the positives - this store is new and clean But, the prices are way too high for the quality. Wegmans is less than 5 minutes away and the quality is much greater for an even better price. I've also had several unpleasant experiences while interacting with the cashiers. I would drive five minutes away to the wegmans.

This Acme is well stocked and has good employees. The woman at the deli counter this morning was so helpful. She was quick and efficient yet answered all my questions. She showed me different options and explained the difference between the cheeses. She also took my whole order at once and remembered it all. The cashiers are super nice too. I appreciate that they wear mask properly and gloves. This is now my go to store.

Consistently the employees at this store go above and beyond for any special requests. Shopping at many stores in the area, this one in particular stands out with there commitment to customer service. Thanks Concordville!

Place is deserted on a Saturday evening, staff can't be bothered to be anywhere near the self checkout, the only one open, so had to wait 3 times because the weights of my products don't match their computer. Finally I go to leave and grab a 4-pack of ginger beer I bought and didn't eat to waste a bag on and three steps to the door and it falls apart and two start to leak and fizz. Manager comes running only to just stare at me after I'd put both in a small trash bin. After I ask if I ask how to handle it, can I grab another she continues to stare without a word until it get so uncomfortable I give up and leave. Very strange.

Yet ANOTHER personnel/ management/ coordination issue at this store. 1 cashier- SEVEN people with full carts waiting in line. Employee monitoring the self checkout doesn't even seem aware, or calling attention to the manager...IDK if there even IS a manager at this store ?‐ if so, they need to be retrained, as does the always unfriendly staff . I just left my cart and walked out Look at the volume of food- shopping customers here, vs Wegmans , Whole Foods, Target , etc ; no surprise as to WHY....

Went to wegmans tonight with my grandkids to get a bite to eat. Love that they have a big TV for the kids and child size table and chairs! BUT THE AREA WAS VERY VERY DIRTY! Not just the tables which I wiped down with wipes provided. THE CHAIRS WERE VERY DIRTY AND THE FLOOR DISGUSTING. When I went to throw my trash out it looked like the trash can could use a good wiping down. I was very disappointed.

Produce is overpriced, but the prices on cosmetic and health care items are great, as are chicken prices and frozen foods, ice cream, etc. Love their selection of teas - both boxed and loose. The hot salad bar used to be great, but now is mostly chicken. Coconut and chocolate cake at their bakery are delicious - so is the German chocolate cake, but one slice is almost 800 calories !

Perhaps the best grocery story for anyone living in Northern Delaware. It's a quick drive into PA for fresher produce and larger selections than any local stores in Wilmington. We recommend Wegmans to everyone. The employees are helpful and nice, the checkout lines (while long) actually move quickly. Their store brand is priced really well and good quality.

They have no light ice cream. Shop Rite has Friendly's lite ice cream with 5 flavors. I have complained to Acme headquarters in Malvern Pa. but it seems they do not care. My wife can not eat ice cream with regular sugar like most older people. They have no light Minute Maid Juice but again Shoprite does.

Our favorite grocery store. They truly have EVERYTHING. Since we discovered this gem, we no longer spend time going to three different stores to get what we need. We no longer scour ads and plan to hit different sales. All of their prices are fair all of the time. No need for sales. And if you have restrictive diets to feed (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc)....you will LOVE this place because they have actual variety for you! Clean, organized, stocked, staffed, it's heaven.
