326 Conshohocken State Rd, Gladwyne“I would like to take the time to thank the Acting Postmaster, Joel, for being kind enough to track my package which went all over Delaware County. Thank you so much.”
“Had the best Passport renewal experience ever at this Fort Washington location! Emmanuel was so helpful, efficient & professional; USPS is very lucky to have him!!
I don’t usually post reviews, but felt compelled to do so, with such a wonderful experience .
I recommend this location to anyone looking for great, knowledgeable passport processing & top notch customer service!!!! Thanks very much, Emily H.”
“Believe the hype. A small post office, expertly managed. All the staff are super nice & efficient, especially Jim. He always manages to put a smile on everyone's face with a blend of kindness & expertise.”
“I walked right in late on a Friday and Denise greeted me with a big smile! I had two heavy boxes that she shipped out. She is truly a wonderful lady and extremely helpful. The post office was clean, no line, well stocked.”
“Had to send a couple boxes cross country and internationally and the person I worked with was great and tried to get me the best deals. I appreciate their helpfulness, resources and patience.”
“The best service from any post office I’ve ever been to. Every time I’m there, it’s some of the kindest, friendliest, and most efficient people working. I used to be stressed out having to go mail a package, but everyone here makes it pleasant and easy.”
“Fantastic service, pleasant staff members who are helpful, responsible, courteous and efficient; lines move quite quickly, and a great deal of parking availability.”

128 Yale Ave, Morton“This is the best post office ever. From my mailman to the kind people in the office, Morton really lucked out with this group of people. My mail is ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner and I have never had an issue in the 10+ years I have lived here. Thank you Morton Post office for a job well done!”
“This post office is great- especially John and Bea, who work the counter. It’s a shame to see how the postmaster general (DeJoy) is decimating the USPS and making it hard for workers and customers alike. Still, best post office in the city with the nicest employees who are doing the work and facing all kinds of structural constraints.”
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
“Love this place. It's not often anymore you find such kind, professional, and downhome customer service. Everyone there is so kind. Once going to the post office was a dreaded thing--not anymore. Kudos Wyncote Post Office!”
“Super friendly and helpful service and the owner has a very soothing voice which makes you feel right at home. He is helping ship a bunch of TVs to my studio to make it look big time. Thanks and will do business any day!”
“Very pretty and cozy USPS with a very convenient parking space and location. One of its staffs were very kind and patience when I kept asking questions and helps to make decisions and completing packaging.
Just one thing...its inside has only two desks so it might get too busy for the peak seasons...”

3576 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square“They always provide great service. I went there recently and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and personable-- makes going to the post office a pleasure instead of a hassle.”
10AM - 2PM
444 E Township Line Rd, Havertown“I went to this location and was in and out. No one arguing, kids misbehaving, no wait I line. I live closer to Bywood location and was there at 8:45 and they were still not open. It's convenient for me location wise, but I'd go the extra mile to
Haverford.”
“I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”
9:30AM - 1:30PM
925 Dickinson St, Philadelphia“This has been our post office for 5 years and never had a bad experience, however, in the last day or two they have been a lifesaver! My husband's immigration document was being sent to the wrong address (our old address, still serviced by same post office) and I called to ask if they could help. Christina was able to intercept the item and make sure it got to our new character who will be dropping it off to us today. We desperately needed this document today due to international travel this weekend, and Christina and the team at this location saved our plans!”
“I had a wonderful experience ordering my passport thanks to Kurt. I walked into this post office early Saturday morning on 3/16/23. I took a chance because I did not have an appointment. Kurt asked me if I had all my documents (which I did), and then told me he would be right back.He walked away for literally only a minute, came right back, and started the process of ordering my passport. He was super quick but extremely thorough during this process. Kurt did not miss a beat. He was very patient and kind as well. I was dreading having to make this visit (to any post office) because many years ago when I obtained my first passport, it took what felt like hours in line to order it. Well, I was in and out within 10-15 minutes tops, maybe less. Thanks Kurt! Excellent customer service from start to finish. :)”
“This post office is fine. It's a post office. They do what they are there to do. They are nice too. Just fine. I've never had an abnormal post office experience here. The reviews always make me shake my head.”
“Hands-down, the best post office in the area. The guy that they have working here, James, an older gentleman is absolutely has one of the best attitudes of any postal worker that I’ve ever met. There is no line often times and the service is very prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back.”
“Going here can be a nightmare at the wrong time. It is such a convenient location on the corner. I try to go between 9:30am - 11:30am or 2:30pm - 3:15pm. Otherwise you hit the people going before work, the ones going during lunch and finally the ones looking to stop in after school/work.I sell a lot on eBay. This location can print sticky labels if you have the QR code.Wish it had more room. The line can be out the door if there are more than 8 waiting.Since it’s a local distributor, they seem to be on the up with stamps and available service changes.”
“I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”

201 Bywood Ave, Upper Darby“Passport Renewal…stop worrying… the staff here at 19082 is Super Helpful and friendly …a real Bright Spot in a difficult world…If they opened a cafe…I would be there everyday… IT WAS A JOKE…there is no coffee there but we left feeling MISSION ACCOMPLISHED…”
“Unlike many other depressingly-designed shoebox post offices, this one is a throwback to when we actually believed architecture mattered in America. Friendly staff.”
