I've been bringing my dogs here regularly for a while. I think they do a good job grooming and the prices are reasonable. My dogs come back looking and smelling nice. I do agree they're hard to get ahold of though. They're also regularly late. I schedule at 9:00am so I can drop my dogs off on the way from dropping my kids at school. There have been days where nobody is there to receive the dogs until 9:40. It's not always possible to wait. The people who work here say it's traffic but if they know there is traffic they could leave earlier or at least call the first clients to let them know how late they'll be. It's also a long day. There have been times my dogs have been there past 5:00 with a 9:00am drop off.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. They are understaffed & treat too many dogs at once. I picked up my dog on Saturday and she was horribly cut up. The vet put her on a 10 day course of antibiotics and 2 x day topical cream. Still have yet to hear back from Cleopetra's. UNEXCUSABLE.

Charged 85 for a bath and brush. They said they charged up for “dematting” a matt that she had in her tail but still pricey. I had also asked for a full groom, including nails in a cut, but they said they couldn’t do it because “she wouldn’t stay on the table,” but I have had her groomed many times where we used to live at a Petsmart and there were no problems, so I’m not really sure what was going on. When I went to pick up my dog, she seemed very distressed; even more so than previous times that I have gotten her groomed. Not saying that they’re doing anything bad to the dogs, but don’t think I would be going back.

Jennifer used to do mobile grooming but in the past year(s) has stopped doing that. We made the decision to follow her to Exton which is by no means convenient for us (35 minutes each way assuming no traffic). I'm not sure why her customer service declined the way it has, but I can't say it has been a friendly business. That would be OK, but she has become downright rude. In fact, she took a very innocent request for an estimated time when my dogs would be finished and accused me of pressuring her to hurry up with grooming my dog. Why on earth would I want that? She did not apologize, and was completely unprofessional. I would like to think it was just a bad day but it seems she does not appreciate good and loyal customers. We won't be going back. The grooming is fine but it is not good enough to put up with other people's temper tantrums when you are spending 2 1/2 hours driving in a day just to patronize the business.

Great grooming at a great price. My dog thinks it’s doggy day care when he goes because he gets to play with the other dogs until it is his turn.

They cut my dog in 4 different places, one of them pretty badly and they did not mention anything to me. My dog is still healing after almost 2 wks, terrible. Not caring at all.

I really wanted to write a five star review but regret I cannot. My dog Max had a 10 am appointment and I was told in advance he would be there for a few hours. On arrival I was told it could be after 5 pm. He was not ready until 6 pm. Apparently every dog on the schedule arrives in the morning and waits around for most of the day. No walks. The long day is entirely unnecessary. When I dropped him off I was asked a series of questions about what I wanted and notes were taken. I wanted hair on ears and tail trimmed for sanitary reasons. Neither was touched. His ears were not cleaned and his nails were not cut. When I came to get him at 6 pm as requested the groomer was totally frazzled and still working on one dog with at least 2 more to go. I do think the groomer is very skilled but time management issues are really totally out of control and inexcusable. Every other groomer manages a schedule that permits drop off and pick up in a couple hours at most. Even those that also offer day care. And she should not be at her wits end and obviously stressed out more than 8 hours into her work day. At least go to a morning and afternoon schedule. Figure out how many dogs are reasonably taken care of in a day and schedule accordingly. And I was given no cost estimate in the morning and the price of $125.00 was off the top of her head when requested by the helper at the register while she was frantically grooming another dog. Max was soft and clean. If the owner/groomer allowed someone else with scheduling and management skills to take over administrative co trip of her business it would change my opinion entirely. Reading reviews over time it is clear the problems are snowballing. I hate to see a talented female owned business risk it's future for lack of basic scheduling and a predictable complete grooming of all dogs.

I have used this groomer for about 1 year. The groom.and cut is always grwat...BUT the place is a s*** show. Too any dogs..for to long just milling around. My dogs can be there for.4 hours...no water..no potty break...complete and utter chaos. We recently to our new pup fora quick bath at 9:00 am. 1:37 pm Gladwyne Animal Hospital Called to say they had my dog. I was like why? I drove to the Vet and there was my 5 LB little.dog..soaking wet. Apparently she had alittle dizzy spell. I am grateful Cleopatras had the good sense to.take her to the vet but why did you not call me the customer? Unprofessional and as I said chaos. My dogs deserve better and we won't be going back there ever. Do.your.your dog a favor and find a safer place for your beloved pet to be in a safe environment when being groomed.

My golden retriever looks beautiful, smells great and was not traumatized at all by his grooming today. Really liked that the dogs are not caged and the groomers know how to groom a golden retriever the right way. He was done in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to have him groomed at Cleopetras.

Cleopetra’s is family owned, friendly, and they take special interest in your pet. My dog obviously had lots of fun and he does not usually like baths too much. They use all natural ingredients that make your pet smell amazing! My dog’s coat is silky and soft, his nails were trimmed, and he is no longer itchy. A positive social experience for my dog at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Cleopetra’s!
