If I had a Pizza Mt Rushmore, I would have to figure out who the other 4 would be. This block in Girardville, Pa is the best block for for food in all of Northeastern PA, maybe the whole state.

My 1st visit today, Lucked out and stopped by since we were in the area, they were open and hooked us up with a great square, we chose xchez and the hot sauce on the side..what more to say, the dough is rising in the pans waiting for the evening crowd, it is take out only, but very clean, very friendly people, they had a little bistro table outside which worked perfect for us..first bite, oh, the smell of fresh dough and that cheese!!! OMG, loved it!

I have been a Centiole's pizza fan for years. To say I was upset when it was announced they were closing was an understatement! I was a bit apprehensive that the place was sold and was reopening. Once I had my first slice my concern was gone. It was great to see Margaret and David at the helm making magic one pizza at a time. The pizza is as great as it has always been and thanks to the new owner Todd, they have earlier hours and you can pick a general time you want your pizza not given a time. If you have not tried it since it has reopened do so. You will not be disappointed!9/29/23-Absolutely as great as it was 20+ years ago! Have to pick up for neighbors who when they hear I am going to Centiole's they ask if I can pick them up some. For those of you who did not know they were voted best pizza by ho-bott news. Congratulations on that award but, those of us who are diehard Centiole's fans have known it for years......It is the BEST pizza period! I don't care about Brooklyn style or Chicago deep dish, when we have the best pizza right here in G-Ville!

Super clean establishment. Loved that it was thick crust and baked perfectly. Got it topped with extra cheese, mushrooms and pepperoni. I would give 5 stars but didn’t care for the sauce as sweet as it was. Some love it sweet.
