First and last time i ever deal with this post office. This place is ridiculous. I was having a package delivered and I forgot to put a lot number on it. I called first thing the next morning and Instead of holding it for a minute to see if someone woulfl call, they sent it back before 24 hours. Didn't even give me enough time to contact them before they did that. I'm so angry.

Constantly having mail misdelivered or arriving damaged PWE mail goes missing. "Trey" my postman has really been dropping the ball lately, also friends in the area having the same issues, called to make them aware and next day received my package smashed and contents damaged

Will not stop putting random peoples mail in my mailbox. Gave them a pile of it yesterday and today it’s already back… the same mail I just gave to them.

On Saturday, September 17, 2022 I received an email fromUSPS stating that my package had been delivered to my front door. It was NOT! It had been delivered to the house across the street. Our address is clearly marked on our mailbox and home. Today, Wednesday September 21st, I received my mail plus two other peoples mail in my mailbox. PLEASE BE MORE CAREFUL!

I would give zero stars if I could!! I handed a check that was to be delivered to a business in Girard directly to their Post Master that I had originally sent out by me on Feb 8, 2022 but was returned to me a month and a half later with yellow stickers attached to it saying that it was not deliverable as addressed/unable to forward. I took it directly to the Post Master there to find out why it was returned with these stickers on it since we have paid this business before to this address as well as sending this business another check to the same address in the meantime that arrived just fine. I was told by the Post Master that it must have simply been put in the wrong bin and sorted incorrectly. She assured me that they would deliver it for me the next day because they know that business since it has been in the same location for 25+ years. It is now April 18th and I just received the same check back to me with the same stupid stickers on it saying that it is not deliverable as addressed. What the !#%@#!!!! I will be hand delivering this check to the business myself now! I should have done it the last time but I was actually testing the USPS - they failed miserably!!!!

Staff is friendly or pleasant to interact with. They used to have a woman worker, who might have finally retired or got retired, & she would toss packages as if there's nothing valuable inside. Currently I've had nothing but good experience every time I visit.

Friendly staff, helpful with any questions. Also really like the USPS APP ... There's a feature called "informed delivery" that keeps you up to date on any packages you have coming without having to type a tracking number in all the time. Also shows you a black and white picture of the mail you'll be receiving that day. You'll get alerts on packages letting you know if they're on track to get to you on time. If there are delays or issues you'll know right away. They'll alert you when your package makes it to your local post office, when it's out for delivery, a 2 hour time frame of when it will be delivered, and a notice once it's reached your mailbox. It's the best thing ever if your mailbox isn't attached to your house lol! Mine is about a block away so it saves me from wasting trips over there, or getting my hopes up if I thought something might be there etc. Also nice if it's something that needs signed for so you can ensure you're home and available. You can even change where it's left with the app. If you don't want it in your mailbox, maybe you want it left inside the back door or the garage or even with a neighbor, you can arrange all of that right through the app. I love it :)

Been waiting for package for over a week. Tracking shows it arrived at building but wasnt due to be delivered until the next day. Stopped in to pick it up and was told I could not pick up and will have to wait yet another day until they deliver it. Piss poor service.

I would rather drive to Fairview to mail packages or make purchases. Staff at the front counter are not as friendly here and even told someone who had a disability that they needed to go to the back of the line while they found the rest of the money to pay for their shipment. Needless to say drive the extra distance to go to a post office that at least respects their patrons. Otherwise it seems they are at least efficient at shipping.

The worker inside of the office has been very rude and short with me in the past. I was not offered the cheapest shipping options, though I specifically asked for the least expensive option. When I called to talk to the Post Master, he was extremely rude, explaining that customer service wasn't part of his job description. I will be making the drive to another post office next time.
