I've never had any negative issues with the Rite Aid in Gerard Even though they are a very busy store they always find time to Say Hi to the customer's coming in and help you with finding something along with the pharmacy staff

Today is Thursday 10/28. went to pick up my prescription and they told me it was not ready, 30 mins goes by and they tell me they only have one of them and i would have to wait till Monday to get the other one. I was ok with that and said i would take the second one. The girl said all they had to do is count them out. 30 mins later i still did not have my prescription. I really don't know how long it takes to count out some pills. I was there over 1 hour waiting for prescriptions, what a disaster.

My wife, who is from Canada hasn't seen her family in 2 years got a covid test to make sure she was negative. Now after over 72 hours still no notification. Trip is now canceled! We are going to go to more reputable pharmacies like CVS!
