purchased a 2015 GMC, Sierra From McQuillan Chevrolet within the first week. Let them know the transmission fluid needed changed. The rear shocks were bad! Would not replace the rear shocks, said they were fine! In less than 30 days, found out the rockers were rusting out talk to Josh the head salesman, he agreed that the rockers needed fixed he went and got the owner. The owner basically told me sorry about my luck he was not gonna do anything about it. I'm left with a $5500 bill to replace the rockers in the cab corners because the owner says basically I bought it as it is would never buy a car from them whether it be new or used the owner. I had an attitude when I asked for them to help me out with replacing the rockers in the cab corners basically said sorry about my luck! Looks like I don't care about the workingman who actually took two years to pay for this truck , if they want to make it right my name is Sam Smith and my phone number is 814-881-6281.

I'm pretty upset with McQuillian in Girard. I bought a very nice used car from them just over a month ago. first off, and I know it's not a big deal, however, I made a deal with them on the price. We shook on it and everything. later, when it came time to sign the papers, it was $5 more than we agreed on. It was just enough of an increase to make us sign a paper for tax purposes. Then, my back up camera wasn't working (realized before I left the lot the day I bought it), so they took it in to fix it. They had it longer than I did. I had it for about 2 weeks, they had it for 3. When I got it back, there was a big scratch on the back bumper and down the side. First they said there was nothing they could do because there was dirt over the scratches, so who knows when they occurred. Mind you they had it for 3 weeks Just for a backup camera. Then they said those scratches were there before I bought it, and that they had tried to buff them out, but were unable to get them out. yet, after buffing it out (without washing all that dirt off) they got 90% of it out, leaving just the deep gouge. Then come to find out, the plastic cover on the side of the passenger seat is also broken. So now every time I get out, it snags on my leg or on my purse. I know for a fact it was not like that before. But why bother telling them about it. They will just lie and deny it any way. Moral of the story, don't trust the service department at McQuillian Chevy. They "send" your car off for weeks just waiting for a part, break things in and on your car, and then deny and lie about it.

The 2 hour drive was well worth the trip. The staff at Mcquillen's is first class and treated us like family. Our initial impression with this 69 year old dealership began with Brian greeting us at the door, prior to test driving a 2021 GMC Acadia. The vehicle was the perfect transition from our 2019 Equinox and the numbers were worked out. The paperwork was seamless and pain free with the help of Erica. We look forward to our next visit and want to thank each member involved in making our new lease a pleasant experience!

My wife and I had a fantastic first time experience starting with Brian in Sales and continuing with the entire GM family at McQuillen Chevrolet Buick GMC! From the test ride to financing, the lease process was fluid and pain free. These folks made us feel like part of their family, even though we had never met and live almost 2 hours away. I would not hesitate to give this 69 year old GM dealership a try regardless of your distance. The 2021 GMC Acadia is a nice step up from our 2019 Equinox... many thanks to each involved in obtaining this new ride. 10 stars!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Brian was so helpful and patient with us. We honestly weren't sure what we wanted. We drove several kinds of vehicles and finally found the perfect one!!!!! GMC Acadia!! Awesomeness!!!!

I purchased two vehicles from here over the last eight years and the vehicles have been great. I am giving it a low rating only because I was lied to multiple times by finance department. The latest was telling me I needed a cosigner on-a loan and then having the cosigner sign as a co-buyer. Never again will I spend a dime here! Im very disappointed and I hope online car buying takes over the market so people don't have to worry about the slime ball tactics used at dealerships. Dont trust this place because that was only 1 lie out many.

We bought a GMC Terrain SLT 2 years ago and have come back for oil changes and Inspections. I love these people, no pressure and I live 40 miles away so I could go elsewhere.

When someone comes out to look for a vehicle Try to help them instead of pushing cars on them that the dealership wants to get rid of. I feel Erica is a horrible sales person and she lies to people to try to get them to take what she wants. I will never buy another car from Mcquillen again because of her sales tactics . just to let her know I am driving in a car that I want and I picked and it is being financed by another dealership so I guess she lost a sale So maybe she could be honest and try to help people instead of helping her own pocket

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Brian Phillips. He was very friendly. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He was able to hold the car for a week for me while I waited for my settlement from my old car being totaled. Brian was also able to get the price down, and he had a second key made for me. On my way home from the dealership, I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I called right away and they said they’d get me in to repair it the following week. It was unable to be fixed, so they replaced the windshield for free. Zero charge to me, no questions asked. The customer service is amazing all around, and the whole experience was great!

Excellent place to purchase a new vehicle or used vehicle,there sales team does not push you to buy a vehicle they won't call your house and harass you. Their service shop and body shop are excellent to deal with, I have purchased 2 cars from them personally 1 brand new and 1 used i have also recommended friends to make a purchase there and they have been real happy.
