Please don't pass through Girard without a trip to Main St Art. This gallery features ongoing shows featuring local artists priced reasonably! There are paintings, jewelry, ceramics and pottery by the the proprietor, Eliza Chaffee Wolfe and local artists as well. Kids pottery classes, adult pottery classes, birthday parties— Eliza offers it all. Great place to buy a card, a print or to take in her current exhibit.

Eliza Wolfe, a talented potter and painter and owner of Main Street Gallery in Girard, offers Pottery classes, items for sale--her own pottery and paintings and others' as well, also children's creative birthday parties and she exhibits 6-8 art shows per year, showcasing works by local Girard and vicinity artists. Some recent shows were "Something's Fishy", "The Beauty of Trees","On the Farm' "Kathy Welte Photographs", "Baby it's Cold Outside". The shows are judged by local established artists. Eliza's Hours change but these are the most recent: Monday----2-6PM Tuesday--10AM-4PM WED---CLOSED Thu------2-6PM Fri------12NOON-6PM Sat----10AM-4PM SUN---CLOSED Eliza can also be reached on Facebook:

I had my daughter's birthday party here. The kids had great fun painting and being creative. Eliza was very patient and helpful. Wonderful place and we will definitely go again!
