Pharmacy is staffed by rude nasty incompetent people. Sale items are more expensive than other stores every day price. Watch out forb the fuel perks you paid for because they may be taken from you!!!! Will no longer step into a Giant eagle!

This was my go-to pharmacy while recovering from a spinal cord injury with family here in PA (IN resident). However, they basically refused to carry/order/provide me with one of my medications. I was told the pharmacy manager "doesn't want to carry that particular dosage in the store". I'll be filling my scripts elsewhere from now on.

The bakery dept is amazing I showed then a picture of a cake that I wanted made for my daughter's birthday and when I picked it up it looked better then the picture! Thanks alot. Pictures in the comments!!!!

Worst service in my life at the Customer Service center. Do NOT recommend this store. Not only were the two employees there untrained as to process a Western Union transaction, but they were rude as ****.

Went for my COVID shots and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone was incredibly nice and courteous. Service was fast and efficient! Top notch people!!

I have shopped this store for more years then I care to say and have never had a problem. They are kind, helpful and friendly. The store is clean and before covid well stocked which is not thier fault now due to deliveries not coming in. Shop local folks and be kind.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Giard Giant Eagle. The bakery has always been wonderful about filling cake orders for events, and the pharmacy has been a wonderful resource to my parents.

Very poor customer service and they’ve screwed my prescription up on several occasions.. I’m on a medication that has to be filled every two weeks and for over three years it gets screwed up an average of two times every couple months
