“I had a great experience at the O'Reilly store in Girard, PA and the store manager, Chad Snyder, helped me so much! My wiper blade flew completely off of my car on the highway when I was driving to visit family. I had actually never been to an O'Reilly before, but it was Thanksgiving and it was the only store open. Chad went out of his way to help me. He was incredibly cheerful and pleasant the whole time! He walked me through the different wiper options that would fit my car, and then came out in the freezing cold rain to install the wiper for me. Part of my wiper arm was bent, and the wiper I picked out initially didn't fit. He went above and beyond to fix it and get the wiper securely attached. The whole time, despite the rain, the holiday, the bent wiper arm and its trickiness, Chad was so kind, professional, and friendly! He saved my holiday and did everything he could to help me! I also noticed him greeting other customers in a very welcoming manner too. It was a completely different atmosphere from other auto parts stores. After this experience, I will be going to O'Reilly from now on!”
