So three weeks ago today I decided to trade in a very nice 2011 Hyundai sonata to Jordan here at rc automotive for a 2009 f150. I was ok with dealing with the rust on the vehicle. Well two days after buying it the battery completely goes in it so then I ate the cost of that two days after that the front tire blows do to being dry rotted. Now this past weekend we are less than three weeks into this vehicle the transmission completely goes in said truck. So what do I do get ahold of Jordan at first he seemed helpful said let's see about trading it back in and getting you into something reliable pretty much admitting he knew he sold me something unreliable, then Monday afternoon he comes back to mind me we haven't had this truck THREE weeks yet we'll we need at least 5k to get you in something. And since has pretty much told me to get bent the crummy warranty he sells nobody wants to touch so hear I am completely stuck because he can't do the right things and make things right. He also blocked us from leaving review's on his Facebook page. I would not suggest anyone to ever go buy anything off of him his vehicles are junk and he's a liar and thief in my opinion.

I do not recommend RC Automotive Service and Sales for your next automobile purchase. This business has no integrity and will scam you. Our transmission failed weeks later and they refuse to help or reimburse us for anything. Traded in our paid off reliable car just to be scammed. Our “new” truck is currently broke down out front because the transmission isn’t working after like 3 weeks. Also had to buy a brand new battery days after getting it because that stopped working too.
As a fellow business owner I would never knowingly sell faulty merchandise, let alone refuse to repair something faulty I sold. They think they are so clever and not losing any sleep over this, but I wholeheartedly believe karma comes around.
I’m reading existing reviews and you don’t take any reviews serious and tend to gaslight people publicly; taking advantage of the fact that the review process doesn’t allow them to respond further. So let me just say in advance we’ve reached out to you multiple times and you’ve refused to repair, reimburse, or refund us. We only got the truck 3 weeks ago as of tomorrow. While it isn’t “new” it was new to us and still had a $10,000 price tag, why would you have a price tag that high on a faulty vehicle? No integrity. Luckily we got the “warranty” hopefully it ends up covering this - warranty or not the vehicle shouldn’t have broke down after less than a month. Edit: nobody around here wants to touch this extended warranty.
To you it may just be making a profit, but this is people’s livelihoods. To you it’s another bonus, commission, etc, meanwhile we are all being ripped off.

Had the perfect vehicle we were looking for. Application process was actually easy. Love our lincoln! We made a trip to disney land with it and had zero issues with the vehicle!

My fiancee loves his new truck !
This was the least stressful car buying experience we've ever had by far. We were a little shaky driving six hours to view a truck ! Jordan and his other half were a wonderful help ! They talked to us like people not just customers. It's a 21 year old truck, but it was way better than anything near me in Rhody - and at a price you can't beat! I've already recommended this place to friends and family and I will continue to do so as long as we need vehicles ! We can't thank you enough !!

Knowingly sells unsafe cars that won't pass state inspections and brags about it online. Also charging thousands over book value. Taking advantage of people in an economically depressed area. Shame.
