I will never return to this post office thanks to the rude gentleman at the front window with the thick glasses, comb-over and toxic attitude. You shouldn’t work in public service. You don’t know how to treat people. I hope the postmaster reads this I’d love to speak with her personally.

The worst, most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with. Thankfully, no longer my local post office as moved out of PA couple years ago. Mail box left open all of the time....when I complained, I am told the postal worker is too close to retirement to reprimand (or care). Vacation hold requests ignored and mail delivered while you are away. The absolute worst.

Outstanding customer service from all employees. Each and every one of them goes above and beyond to share information, pricing options, and services on very transaction. Clerks educated me about online options. They get you in and out quickly with multiple clerks at the windows. They work great as a team helping each other all for the good of better service to customers. Service with a smile from everyone.

Been having issues getting my mail since we moved in to our apt 3 years ago. And now randy just leaves my packages in the office when I called, even went into the post office and asked MANY times to leave package at MY door. Last time it was left outside it was raining that day!
